* In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of * Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the * extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the * National Subsidies Database * (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/* First.- Beneficiaries and requirements. * 1. The following persons may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in * these bases: * a) Private natural or legal persons. * b) Public Administrations and organizations and other entities governed by * public law, as well as public companies and commercial companies * wholly or majority owned by the Public * Administrations. * 2. Likewise, the beneficiaries must have their registered office in the * Canary Islands and be registered, on the date of the * grant application, in one of the following codes of the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE-2009): * 41.1: Real Estate Promotion; * 41.2: Construction of buildings; * 68.1: Purchase and sale of real estate assets on one's own account * 68.2: Rental of real estate assets on one's own account. * 3. The * person who must carry out the activity that justified its * granting, in accordance with these bases and call, will be considered the beneficiary of subsidies. * 4. The following may not obtain the status of beneficiary: * a) Persons or entities in which any of the * circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of * November 17, General Subsidies occur; * b) Those who are considered a company in a crisis situation, in accordance with the definition included in the community guidelines on * state aid for rescuing and restructuring non-financial * companies in crisis (OJEU 2014/C 249/01, of 7/31/2014). * Compliance with the requirements of this section 4 must be accredited * by signing a responsible declaration.
