Subsidies intended for associations of mothers and fathers of students (AMPA) for the organization and implementation of extracurricular activities for the 2022-2023 school year

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries The Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students (AMPA) of the city of Figueres can attend this call. The obligations of the beneficiaries are: - The AMPA must be duly registered in the corresponding registry in accordance with the regulations that apply to them - The beneficiaries must be up to date with their obligations with social security, with the City Council, with the Generalitat and the State. - The beneficiaries of the subsidy will be obliged to publicize that the activity has been subsidized by the Figueres City Council. - Apply the subsidy strictly to the purpose for which it was granted. - Submit the supporting documentation for the subsidy within the established deadline. - Comply with regulations at all times in the development of activities aimed at boys and girls. - Guarantee compliance with the obligations generated by contractual relationships. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies to Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students (AMPA) of schools (public and chartered private) and institutes in the city, for the organization and carrying out of extracurricular activities, the holding of parties and cultural actions for the benefit of the educational community and the purchase of material for the execution of the aforementioned activities. The public purpose of the subsidy is to support and encourage the participation of students in these activities, as well as to guarantee equity in access, also to make possible the survival of Mothers' and Fathers' Associations, which have an important role in school coexistence and equal opportunities in education. The City Council may finance a maximum of 90% of the total budget of the project presented. The municipal aid will be a maximum of 2,000.00 euros and this amount will not be exceeded in any case. Third. Regulatory bases The call is made in accordance with the bases approved by the Plenary of the City Council in a session dated June 1, 2017 and published in BOP number 126, of July 3, 2017. Budgetary credit assigned and maximum amount allocated. Quart. Amount. The subsidies object of this call are financed from the following budget applications: • 23 202 32600 78000 AMPAS subsidies with an amount of €14,566.15 • 23 202 MR32600 48001 AMPAS subsidies with an amount of €10,000 Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on June 12 and end on June 20, 2023, both included. Sixth. Other information The subsidy application and all required documentation will be submitted electronically through the entry register of the Figueres City Council, or through the other means provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In the case of entities that do not have a digital certificate of legal entity representative, the legal representative may sign the application with their natural person certificate, duly accrediting the representation. The documentation that must be presented is the following: a) Standardized instance, with identification of the person signing the sole·licity and the condition under which they do so, stating the address and all the personal data requested. Also identification of who must be the beneficiary, if it is different from the previous one. b) Documentation accrediting representation, in the event that the sol•bidder acts on behalf of another person. c) Declaration of having the following documentation: - Statutes of the entity, duly registered - Tax identification card - Responsible declaration of being up to date with its tax and social security obligations - Declaration of not incurring any of the circumstances that make it impossible to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies included in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of subsidies - Responsible declaration of the commitment to contract the civil liability policy - Declaration of other subsidies that are received for the same project d) Project of the activity to be subsidized and amount that is usually tendered, stating, for the course for which the subsidy is requested:
