Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Student athletes enrolled at the University of Valencia in at least 36 credits in official studies leading to undergraduate, second cycle, official master's or doctoral degrees during the 2022-2023 academic year and who have approved at least 20% of the credits enrolled in that academic year. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting of two awards aimed at the best student athletes of the University of Valencia, in male and female categories, who have combined academic excellence and elite, high-level sports practice with the best results. Third. Regulatory bases: The call is published at the following URL: https://links.uv.es/25hn8CO All communications that must be made to interested parties related to this call (notifications, requirements, resolution, etc.) will be made on the official bulletin board of the University of Vaència (http://tauler.uv.es). Room. Amount: The aid will be financed from chapter IV of the budget of the University of Valencia for 2023, organic 5080000000, for an amount of 2,000 euros. The total number of prizes is 2 distributed in one prize in the male category and another in the female category. Each award will consist of an accrediting diploma, a commemorative plaque and a financial prize of 1,000 euros each. The payment of the prizes will be made in a single payment by transfer to the bank account designated by the applicant. The financial allocation of the prizes will be subject to the corresponding withholding established by current regulations. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications and documentation will begin on September 6, 2023 and will end on October 2, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Sixth.
