Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The subsidies corresponding to the 2023 financial year of Line II are called, “Subsidies directed at private companies for the hiring of people participating in the projects of the Crisol-Training Program that have obtained a positive evaluation in the first stage”, provided for in Chapters I and III of Decree 78/2021, of June 30, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies intended for the financing of the Crisol-Training Program (DOE). no. 129, of July 7, 2021), modified by Decree 79/2022, of June 22 (D.O.E. no. 126, of July 1, 2022) and by Decree 33/2023, of April 5 (D.O.E. no. 70, of April 13, 2023). Second. Beneficiaries Private companies, self-employed persons or registered professionals, with work centers located in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, whether they are natural or legal persons, communities of property, civil partnerships and temporary unions of companies that, in their capacity as collaborators and complying with the established requirements and conditions, carry out contracts to people participating in the second stage of the CRISOL-FORMACIÓN Program projects with the conditions established in the regulatory bases. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 78/2021, of June 30, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies intended for the financing of the Crisol-Training Program and the first call to the entities promoting the projects, modified by Decree 79/2022, of June 22 (D.O.E. no. 126, of July 1, 2022) and by Decree 33/2023, of April 5 (D.O.E. no. 70, of April 13, 2023). Room. Amount. The amount of the call amounts to 900,000 euros, charged to the year 2023 and to application 130080000 G/242B/47000 TE24001002 20220424, “CRISOL FORMACIÓN ENTIDADES”, with a source of financing from State transfers. The amount of aid for each hiring will be equal to the result of multiplying by four the monthly amount of the minimum interprofessional salary or the remuneration established in the applicable collective agreement (including the proportional part of an extraordinary payment) and the Social Security contributions paid by the employer in force at the time of hiring. This amount will be increased by 700 euros for the tutoring of each contract. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The validity period of the call for the purposes of submitting applications will be six months from the day following the day this resolution is published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. The resolution and its extract will be published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura in accordance with the provisions of article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Interested parties must apply for the subsidies, during the period of validity of the call, within a maximum period of one month, counting from the day following the date of contracting. In the event that the call has not been approved within the previous period, the aforementioned period of one month will be computed from the day following the publication of the same and its extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. Sixth. Other data. The payment of the subsidy will be made in a single payment, for the total amount of the aid granted, once the granting resolution has been issued.
