CALL FOR THE GRANT IN THE YEAR 2023 OF PUBLIC SUBSIDIES AIMED TO FINANCE THE RENEWAL OF FACILITIES IN EMPLOYMENT OFFICES WITH STAFF FROM THE STATE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE

Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The autonomous administrations that own, or that may acquire ownership, of the employment offices listed in Annex I of the resolution. Second. Purpose: To finance the expenses derived from the renovation, adaptation and/or repair works of employment offices with the presence of the staff of the State Public Employment Service, under the terms and conditions established in Annex I of the resolution, which are carried out within a maximum period of four years from the notification of the concession resolution. In the event that the action consists of renovation, adaptation and/or repair works of employment offices in a new location, the expenses corresponding to the rental of the facilities will be financed for a maximum period of 18 months. Third. Regulatory bases: Order ESS/763/2016, of April 5, which establishes the regulatory bases for granting subsidies intended to finance the renovation of facilities and equipment for employment offices with personnel from the State Public Employment Service (Official State Gazette number 121, of May 19, 2016) and orders TES/268/2020, of March 9 (Official State Gazette number 78, of March 21, 2020), TES/392/2022, of April 29 (Official State Gazette number 107, of May 5, 2022) and TES/345/2023 of March 29 (Official State Gazette number 83, of April 7, 2023) by which the First Fourth Order is modified. Amount: Total budgeted amount of the subsidy for the year 2023 has been: • 15,000,000 euros. The determination of the individualized amounts of the subsidies will be carried out based on Annex I of the resolution that regulates this call, in proportion to the score obtained by applying the objective criteria for granting these subsidies included in article 7.2 of the same. Fifth. Application submission deadline: One month from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette.
