Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries. Private companies in the Community of Madrid or groups thereof, regardless of their legal form, that carry out an economic activity, do not belong to the public sector, in the terms defined in article 2 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, have tax domicile and activity in said autonomous community and belong to the primary sector (agriculture, livestock and forestry) to its associated industry or to the agri-food industry. Second. Object. Aid aimed at private companies in the Community of Madrid, belonging to the agricultural, livestock, forestry sectors or their associated or agri-food industries ("INNOBONOS" aid line), for the 2023 annuity. Third. Regulatory bases. This call is regulated by the regulatory bases approved by Order 3130/2022, of September 23, of the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Agriculture (BOCM no. 235 of 03/10/2022). Room. Amount. The total amount of the call is one million euros (€1,000,000). The intensity of aid for each beneficiary entity or group of beneficiary entities will not generally exceed 50% of the maximum eligible amount of the project. Notwithstanding what is established in the previous paragraph, the intensity of aid for industrial research and experimental development will be increased: • By 10% in the case of medium-sized companies and by 20% in the case of small companies. • By 15% in the case in which the project involves effective collaboration between companies and, at least, one of them is a Small or Medium Enterprise (SME). In any case, the maximum amount of aid to be granted per project will be one hundred thousand euros (€100,000). Fifth. Application submission deadline. Two months counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
