Official description of the call
First.-Beneficiaries. They may be beneficiaries of the subsidy -,,Aid line intended for small and medium-sized companies in the commercial sector: Small and medium-sized companies in the commercial sector that carry out their commercial activity in permanent establishments, or on a mobile basis and in markets, within the territory of the Principality of Asturias that meet the requirements established in articles 6 and 7 of the regulatory bases -,,Aid line intended for non-profit associations in the commercial sector: Non-profit associations profit from the commercial sector, as well as associative entities that make up several merchant associations or federations and confederations and with headquarters in the territory of the Principality of Asturias that meet the requirements established in articles 6 and 7 of the regulatory bases. Second.-Object. Support and promote competitiveness and modernization, through the digital and sustainable transformation of small and medium-sized commerce companies, either individually or through non-profit merchant associations. Two lines of aid are established: a), Line intended for small and medium-sized retail businesses. b),,Line intended for non-profit associations in the commercial sector. Third.- Regulatory bases Regulatory bases approved by Resolution of December 22, 2022, of the Ministry of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion, BOPA of December 30, 2022. Fourth.- Eligible expenses. Eligible expenses are those detailed in articles 10,11 and 12 of the resolution approving the regulatory bases, and executed and paid within the period between March 1, 2023 and July 31, 2023, both included. Fifth..-Amount For the financing of the subsidies collected in this call, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan financed by the European Union -NextGenerationEU, the maximum total amount of €1,045,735.05 is foreseen in accordance with the distribution listed below: Budget application,,Amount 1305,622C,776,035 "MRR.CS.Commerce. Technology Fund" aimed at SMEs in the commercial sector, €836,588.04. 1305.622C.786.046 "MRR.CS.Commerce. Technology Fund" for non-profit trade associations, €209,147.01. The intensity of the aid will be 80% of the eligible investment, without exceeding the maximum amount of €80,000 per application submitted. Sixth.-Minimum and maximum investment The minimum investment corresponding to the expenses that are considered eligible must reach, excluding all types of taxes, €3,000. The maximum eligible investment will be €100,000, excluding all types of taxes. Seventh.- Submission Deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias and will end on July 31, 2023. The presentation of the application implies knowledge and acceptance of the regulatory bases, and its corresponding call, and the declaration of the veracity of all the information presented. Eighth.- Other data. Only one application per beneficiary will be submitted. Applications and attached documentation must be submitted electronically only through the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias, which can be accessed through the following address https://sede.asturias.es/, indicating in the search engine the procedure number AYUD0437T01 for the Aid Line for small and medium-sized companies in the commercial sector and AYUD0437T02 for the Aid Line for non-profit associations in the commercial sector.
