Official description of the call
First.- Object and purpose of the aid. As established in article 1 of the Regulatory Bases, the purpose of this aid is to regulate the requirements and procedure for granting aid to farmers who have been affected by COVID-19, specifically, to reduce its economic impact on the cultivation, care of land and the marketing of their products. Second.- Budget credit The budget credit is the one included in the application: 410.48000 COVID AGRICULTURE AID, seconds is established in Base 6 of the Regulatory Bases. Third.-Amount of aid The amount defined in base 7 of the Regulatory Bases. Fourth.- Subsidy granting regime. Subsidies will be awarded through competitive competition, without the order of priority, to all applicants who meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases. Fifth.- Beneficiaries and requirements. According to the provisions of base 2 of the Regulatory Bases. Sixth.- Competent body for instruction and granting. The instruction of the procedure and the granting of aid will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of base 5 of the Regulatory Bases. Séptimo: Término de resolución y notificación. The deadline to resolve and notify the result of the call will be six months from the end of the application submission period. Eighth: Documentation to present. The application will be submitted by completing the form included as Annex 1 of the regulatory bases, accompanied by the documentation detailed in base 4 of these. Ninth: Award criteria, justification of the aid and compatibility regime. The granting procedure and regime of compatibilities and incompatibilities will be that established in base 5 of the Regulatory Bases and in base 11 of these respectively. The justification of the aid will be as contemplated in base 8. Tenth: Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, through the BDNS. Eleventh: Means of notification or publication of the concession resolution. In accordance with the provisions of article 40 et seq. and article 59 of Law 39/2015 of November 26, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure. Any other communication will be made through the Foios Town Hall Notice Board and website, and the BDNS where appropriate. The concession resolution will put an end to the administrative route.
