Call for applications for financial aid for schooling in Early Childhood Education in the first and second cycle of the Paterna City Council, academic year 2023-2024 and whose literal wording is as follows: "1 - Objective. The object of this call is the provision of financial aid by the City Council of Paterna to compensate for the direct and complementary teaching expenses of those minors enrolled in Early Childhood Education, first and second cycle, whose families are registered in the municipality of Paterna and that meet the conditions established in the Regulatory Bases of the procedure 2- Regulatory Bases of the procedure for providing financial aid by the Paterna City Council, to compensate for teaching expenses in Early Childhood Education, first and second cycle, are those approved by the Full City Council on March 29, 2023 csv 1S005I3R1U6Z2G4N0Q6J and published. entirely in the BOP of Valencia no. 113 dated June 13, 2023. 3-Applicable Regulations Article 25 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, RBRL, regarding powers of local administrations. The aid granted under this call, whose granting procedure is competitive, will have the character of financial aid and will be governed by the regulatory bases referred to in point 2, which have the character of an ordinance and were approved by the Full City Council in an Ordinary session on March 29, 2023, and were published in full in the BOP of Valencia no. 113 dated June 13, 2023. In everything not provided for in this provision, they will be governed by the Budget Execution Bases of the Paterna City Council, by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies. In this case, the procedures regulated in this call will comply with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations 4 – Recipients of school aid and types of aid. Families registered in the municipality of Paterna who have minors, as of the application submission deadline, are enrolled or who have requested a place in the 1st or 2nd cycle of education. Early Childhood Education (that is, from 0 to 5 years old) or are going to do it soon, meet the requirements and have sufficient scores according to the scale, depending on budget availability. Depending on the cycle and type of center that the minor attends, the following aid will be considered: •E. I. First cycle authorized centers (according to the provisions of Decree 2/2009, of January 9 of the Consell, which establishes the minimum requirements that must be met. centers that teach the First cycle of Early Childhood Education in the Valencian Community): payment of fees corresponding to the teaching of the school year. Expenses derived from activities carried out outside the school period and hours, extracurricular activities, special schedules, school supplies, books, and others of a similar nature will not be considered. •E.I. necessary aid procedures: school cafeteria and materials in the cases indicated. The aforementioned aid will be granted as long as the beneficiary does not receive any other subsidy that covers the entire cost of the service. 5- Requirements of the applicants. To be beneficiaries of the school aid, the applicants must meet the following requirements, including what is indicated in the previous point regarding age and enrollment: 5.a) Both the child and, where applicable, both parents, or the persons who exercise legal guardianship. They will need to be registered in the municipality of Paterna at the time of formalizing the application and throughout the period that they are beneficiaries of the school aid; except in the duly accredited cases that are specified in the third base, sections a), b) and c) of the regulations of the procedure (urgent social need, less).
