PROVINCIAL COUNCIL OF SEVILLE Public Employee Area (Development Cooperation Unit) Extract from resolution 4028/2023 of June 15, 2023 of the Provincial Council of Seville, by which aid is called for the year 2023 for the co-financing of projects to be carried out in developing countries aimed at Local Entities and Consortiums of the province of Seville for 2023 corresponding to the Development Cooperation Unit of the Public Employee Area. BDNS(Identif.): 703827 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base https:www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria First.Beneficiary: Local Entities and Consortiums of the province of Seville Second.Object: To regulate, under a competitive competition regime, the aid of the Provincial Council of Seville to Local Entities and Consortiums of the Province of Seville for the co-financing of Projects, in the modality of Indirect Cooperation, to developing countries for the year 2023, (Art. 6.1. of the Regulation by which regulate the activities and establish the rules regarding the distribution of Funds destined for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Projects in the Provincial Council of Seville). Third. Regulatory bases: The Bases and the call for subsidies to be granted under a competitive competition regime will be published on the e-Board of the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Seville and on the International Cooperation website of the Provincial Council of Seville http://www.dipusevilla.es /cooperacioninternacional. Fourth. Amount: The total amount of the subsidy amounts to €430,000.00: for current expenses: €299,900.00 and for inventories: €130,100.00. Amount: Budget application of the current 2023 Budget: €293,900.00: 4107.23100/46200 €3,000.00: 4107.23100/46300 €3,000.00: 4107.23100/46700 €124,100.00: 4107.23100/76200 €3,000.00: 4107.23100/76300 €3,000.00: 4107.23100/76700 The amount of the subsidy will be a maximum of €25,000.00. and in no case may it exceed 80% of the budget presented in the project. Fifth. Submission period: Applications will be submitted electronically by Registry Exchange, through the SIDERAL platform, or through the Registry Interconnection System (SIR), and must be addressed to the Public Employee, Development Cooperation Area in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2.a) of law 9/2015 of October 1 on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 16.4 of the same Law, within a period of thirty business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province (B.O.P.), after having made the mandatory submission of the extract of the call to the National Subsidies Database in compliance with articles 18 and 20 of Law 38/2003 "General of Subsidies" Sixth: Other data: The granting resolution will be published on the Electronic Office-Notice Board, as well as on the Development Cooperation website of the Provincial Council of Seville, http://www.dipusevilla.es /cooperacioninternacional. Payment of 100% of the subsidy from the Provincial Council of Seville will be made with the resolution granting the subsidy.
