Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published with the full text to be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: Children's free time education associations, registered in the municipal registry of associations of the Cerdanyola del Vallés City Council. They must meet the requirements of article 7 of the Municipal Subsidies Regulation of the Cerdanyola del Valles City Council and with respect to what is established in law 26/2015, of July 28, regarding the requirements for access and exercise of professions, trades and activities that involve regular contact with minors. Second. Purpose: The eligible projects are the following: 1. Projects of ordinary activities of education entities in children's free time. Ordinary activity includes Saturday afternoons, excursions and summer camps. 2. Specific projects in the field of free-time education aimed at children. The projects presented must have as their purpose the following criteria collected in a transversal way: 1. The improvement of social cohesion in the municipality. 2. Promoting the participation of the city's children. 3. The promotion of education in values through associations and education in free time. 4. Promote collaboration and cooperation between the associations of Cerdanyola del Vallés 5. Improve the offer of activities for children in the municipality with respect to those organized by the City Council. Third. Regulatory bases: Specific bases for the granting of subsidies in the field of youth and education in children's free time, approved by the Plenary Session of the Cerdanyola del Vallés City Council, in the session of May 29, 2008 and published in BOP 148, of June 20, 2008. Fourth. Amount: The maximum amount allocated to subsidies is 14,520 euros. Fifth. Application submission period: 10 business days from the day following publication.
