Official description of the call
1.- OBJECT AND PURPOSE The purpose of this call is to encourage citizen participation to choose the Poster announcing the Alcañiz 2023 Festival by granting prizes that will be considered for the purposes of their legal nature as a subsidy in favor of the winner. The contest will have two modalities: a) GENERAL.- Any person who wishes may take part. Each contestant may only submit a maximum of two works. It is an essential condition that the works be original works. Works that, in whole or in part, constitute a copy or plagiarism of other works published in any form will be disqualified. b). - Primary: three cycles: a) 1st and 2nd Primary b) 3rd and 4th Primary c) 5th and 6th Primary. - Secondary: 1st to 4th ESO. The contest will be adjusted exclusively to a theme INSPIRED by the PATRON'S CELEBRATIONS OF ALCAÑIZ. 2.- BUDGET APPLICATION: The first cash prize will be paid from item 3380.48000 of the budget for 2023. 3.- PRIZE AMOUNT - GENERAL COMPETITION: The first prize will be €1,000. Three second prizes, worth €100 each, will be awarded to the best posters among the graphic works presented (that have not been awarded). - CHILDREN'S CONTEST: 5 prizes (one prize per cycle) of €30 each. Both the second prizes in the general contest and the prizes in the children's categories will be paid for by El Hotel Guadalope, co-sponsor of the contest. The legally applicable withholdings will be applied to this amount. 4.- PARTICIPANTS AND REQUIREMENTS Those who meet the following requirements may participate in the contest (ANNEX A): a) Not have outstanding debts contracted with the City Council, the Public Treasury, or Social Security. b) Not be involved in any file for the reimbursement of public subsidies as a result of non-compliance with the purposes of the aid obtained or the lack of justification thereof. c) Not be subject to any of the prohibition cases to be a beneficiary of subsidies, as established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. 4.1.- Participation in the contest implies acceptance of this call. The contest will have two modalities: a) GENERAL, anyone over 16 years of age who wishes may take part. b) CHILDREN, all interested people of school age from 2nd year of kindergarten to 4th year of ESO may participate (course held during 2021/2022). 4.2.- To participate, the following requirements must be taken into account: 4.2.1.- Each contestant may only submit a maximum of two works. It is an essential condition that the works be original works. Works that, in whole or in part, constitute a copy or plagiarism of other works published in any form will be disqualified. 4.2.2.- Format. > The authors of the general competition must present their works in one of the following formats: . 50x70 cm digital image. in PSD or TIFF format at 300 dpi, 1/1 size and in four-color process. Vector image: vector design program file: EPS or AI or FREEHAND or COREL DRAW or INDESIGN presented in person recorded on CD, DVD or Pen-Drive. . 50x70 cm digital image. in PSD or TIFF format at 300 dpi, 1/1 size and in four-color process. Vector image: vector design program file: EPS or AI or FREEHAND or COREL DRAW or INDESIGN presented online at the email address carteldefiestas@alcaniz.es. These files must be duplicated, one with the fonts and another with the traced texts. The use of lenses that could cause problems in the photolith filming processes for subsequent offset printing will be avoided. Likewise, all the files necessary to obtain photoliths will be included, including the sources used and, if applicable, the originals of the digitized images in their tiff or other formats. No special inks will be used (gold, silver, etc.). The author will be responsible for the correct execution of the computer files provided. It is suggested that the poster be preserved in PSD, AI, PDF, FH, etc. that is, in its creation format, so that if necessary it can be done
