VII FAIR POSTER COMPETITION IN HONOR OF SANTO DOMINGO DE GUZMÁN JAUJA 2023 RULES The purpose of this competition is the selection of the poster that will represent the “JAUJA FAIR 2023”. The theme of the poster must have festive content and related to the Jauja Fair. It must include the following inscription “Fair in Honor of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, Jauja 2023 from August 2 to 6”, and must also have the logo of the Mayor's office in Jauja. Each author may only submit a single work. Any manual or computer pictorial technique may be used, without introducing relief elements. The manual pictorial technique works must be presented, on a rigid support and in a 420x297 mm format, in a vertical direction. Works in digital media must have a quality of 300 dpi and vertical orientation in A3 and B5 dimensions. The application must be presented at the Lucena City Council or at the Jauja Delegation, by some of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015. The originals must be accompanied by a sealed envelope with no other indication than the title of the work, containing the following information: name and surname, age, address and telephone number of the author. Together with the documentation detailed in the previous point, the interested party must necessarily accompany a responsible declaration that they are not subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, as well as that they do not receive aid for the same purpose and that they are up to date in the fulfillment of their tax obligations, vis-à-vis the Social Security and the Municipal Treasury without prejudice. of the verifications that the City Council can carry out ex officio, which are authorized when participating in this competition. A single prize of 100 euros and an accreditation diploma will be awarded. The qualifying jury will be composed of: 1 Representative of the Esto es Jauja Youth Association. 1 Representative of the Jauja Neighborhood Association. 1 Representative of the Xaunil de Jauja Women's Association. 1 Technician of the Lucena City Council, with voice but without vote, who will act as secretary. No member of the Jury may present works. The Jury will select the winning poster. The ruling will be final and the prize may be declared void. Minutes must be drawn up of everything that has been done, proposing to the Local Government Board the winner and the award of the prize, so that it can adopt a Resolution in this regard. After the Resolution, an announcement will be published on the Municipal Edict Board of the Electronic Headquarters and on the social networks of the Mayor's Office in Jauja, which will contain the name of the winning person; In addition, you will communicate personally by email or telephone. All contestants who wish to do so will be issued a receipt at City Hall proving that they have submitted the work in a timely manner. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17, 26, 43 and 48 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law, the author of the poster will exclusively transfer all exploitation rights to the Lucena City Council, and may be displayed in public spaces or any other space deemed appropriate by the Lucena City Council. The submission of the application for participation will entail the express acceptance of the provisions of the previous section, without prejudice to the fact that, in accordance with the provisions of article 45 of RDL 1/1996 cited above, the transfer of exploitation rights is formalized in writing with the award-winning author. Likewise, the transfer contemplated here will be free of charge, and the author of the poster cannot demand from the Lucena City Council any type of financial compensation for the exercise of the rights transferred, except for the right of participation provided for in article 24 of RDL 1/1996. The posters of non-awarded participants may be withdrawn by their authors. The deadline for submitting applications will be 5 days from the day following the publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province, through the National Subsidies Database and on the Edict Board of the City Council.
