Official description of the call
1. Definition of the purpose of the subsidy: The objective of this contest is to reward environmental initiatives promoted from various sectors such as business, through initiatives related to the circular economy; educational, through school programs or works that contribute to increasing awareness about the environment and the regeneration of the landscape; the urban, through urban development projects within the municipality that value the landscape; the social, with proposals with a clear social vocation and defense or protection of the environment and the communication, through the recognition of projects in environmental dissemination. 2. Requirements that the beneficiaries must meet to obtain the subsidy and, where appropriate, the members of the entities referred to in section 2 and second paragraph of section 3 of article 11 of this Law; official journal in which the extract of the call will be published, through the BDNS, once the text of the call and the information required for its publication have been presented to it; and form and deadline in which applications must be submitted. The requirements of the applicants are established in Bases number 2. The regulatory bases of these awards must be published through the BDNS 3. Solvency and effectiveness conditions that must be met by the legal entities referred to in section 2 of article 12 of this Law.: No collaborating entities are established in this grant. 4. Procedure for granting the subsidy: Competitive competition procedure. 5. Objective criteria for granting the subsidy and, where applicable, their weighting: They are established in Base number 6. 6. Individualized amount of the subsidy or criteria for its determination: It is established in Base numbers 5 and 6. The awards will be financed from the budget application 1721-48103.- EcoRiba Awards, their granting being conditional on the existence of credit in the Municipal Budget of 2023 and will be subject to the applicable tax withholdings. EcoRiba Circular: A single prize will be awarded to the winner: €1,500 EcoRiba Educational: Two prizes will be awarded: - Winner: €1,500 - Finalist: €500 EcoRiba Landscape: A single prize will be awarded to the winner: €1,500 EcoRiba Honorific: A single prize will be awarded to the winner: €1,500 EcoRiba Diffusion: A single prize will be awarded to the winner: €1,500 7. Bodies competent for the organization, instruction and resolution of the procedure for granting the subsidy and the period in which the resolution will be notified: Agreement of the Local Government Board following a proposal from the Evaluation Commission whose composition is established in Base number 6. 8. Determination, if applicable, of the specific accounting books and records to guarantee adequate justification of the subsidy.: Not established. 9. Deadline and form of justification by the beneficiary or the collaborating entity, if applicable, of the fulfillment of the purpose for which the subsidy was granted and the application of the funds received: Established in Base number 3 and 4, prior publication of the regulatory bases in the BOP, through the BDNS. 10.Guarantee measures that, if applicable, are considered necessary to constitute in favor of the granting body, means of constitution and cancellation procedure: They are established in Base number 7. 11.Possibility of making advance payments and deposits on account, as well as the regime of guarantees that, where appropriate, the beneficiaries must provide.: The possibility of advance payments is not established. 12.Circumstances that, as a consequence of the alteration of the conditions taken into account for the granting of the subsidy, may give rise to the modification of the resolution: Not established. 13.Compatibility or incompatibility with other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, coming from any Administration or public or private entity, national, European Union or international organizations: Not established. 14. Graduation criteria for possible non-compliance with conditions imposed for the granting of subsidies. These criteria will be applicable to determine the amount that the beneficiary must finally receive or, where appropriate, the amount to be reimbursed, and must respond to the principle of proportionality.
