Subsidies for popular festivals and other festive activities in 2023

Official description of the call

FIRST.- OBJECT.- The purpose of these bases is to regulate, in general, the regime and procedure applicable for the granting of subsidies, in competitive competition, in favor of associations, entities and citizen groups, whose purpose is the organization of Popular Festivals within the framework of the MUNICIPAL PROGRAM OF POPULAR VERBENAS 2023, in the period between June 1 and October 16, two thousand twenty-three, as well as Traditional Festive Activities between October fifteenth, two thousand twenty-two and October sixteenth, two thousand twenty-three, being able, therefore, to subsidize festivals and activities already carried out. SECOND.- BENEFICIARY ENTITIES 1.- Citizen entities that make a proposal open to the citizens of Córdoba and specifically to the residents of their area of ​​influence may be beneficiaries of this call for subsidies. 2.- Entities that meet any of the following circumstances will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies: Those that are in any of the exclusion cases for obtaining public aid referred to in article thirteen, sections a), b), c), d), f) and h) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Those who are not up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, as provided for in articles eighteen and nineteen of the Subsidies Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006 of July twenty-first. Those who are not up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies under the terms of article twenty-one of the aforementioned Regulation. Those for which the subsidies previously granted have not been justified, provided that the period for justifying said subsidies has ended. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES: General framework that regulates the call for 2023 Subsidies for Popular Festivals and Other Festive Activities. The aforementioned bases can be consulted on the Electronic Notice Board and on the Córdoba City Council website. FOURTH.- BUDGET CREDIT.- The amount intended to subsidize traditional Festive Activities and Festivals for this call is €25,900.00, charged to item Z C20 3381 48906 0 (Festivals and Other Festive Activities) of the current budget. FIFTH.- AMOUNT: The maximum amount of the subsidy for Popular Festivals will be 2,500.00 euros, and the maximum amount for Festive Activities may not exceed 50% of the total cost of the activity, for each request and in any case may not exceed the amount of €2,500. A single association may not receive more than one subsidy per year within the framework of this call. The City Council of Córdoba, in the requests for festivals, reserves the possibility of prorating among the selected projects the budgetary expenditure assigned for this call, even exceeding, thereby, the limit of 2,500 euros provided for in the previous paragraph. SIXTH.- PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS: It will be twenty calendar days, starting from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province.
