And on the electronic headquarters of the Granollers City Council website (http://seuelectronica.granollers.cat): First.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of these subsidies may be natural or legal persons, of a private nature, who carry out an economic activity, have the legal capacity to sign an employment contract, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS), and meet the following conditions: -Not have debts with the City Council, with the Tax Agency, or with the General Treasury of Social Security. -Have an electronic contact address for the purposes of communicating the procedures linked to this call for grants. -Own a bank account where you can pay the subsidy. -Have the registered office or work center in the Vallés Oriental. -Be registered in the census of economic activities of the Tax Agency. -Having hired an unemployed person, freely selected by the company, through an indefinite or permanent discontinuous employment contract, with the following requirements: *The hiring must begin in the period between January 1, 2023 and the day the deadline for submitting applications for this subsidy ends. *The employment contract must specify that the work day is complete. Failing that, it will be understood that the full working day is 40 hours per week. -The person hired who motivates the subsidy must meet the following requirements: *Be registered in Granollers for a minimum of six months prior to the hiring date. *Be unemployed the day before the start date of the employment contract. *Not having been hired in the same company, in the 6 months prior to the start date of the hiring for which the subsidy is requested. *Not having reached the age of 30 on the start date of the contract that is the subject of the subsidy or having reached the age of 45 on the start date of the contract that is the subject of the subsidy. Second.- Purpose The purpose of the subsidies of this call is to co-finance projects/activities that aim to hire unemployed people from Granollers. Third.- Regulatory bases The specific regulatory bases of this call, approved on May 16, 2023, by the Local Government Board of the Granollers City Council and published in the BOP of Barcelona on May 24, 2023, with number. registration 202310086283. Fourth. - Amount The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2023, for the granting of the subsidies object of this call will be 100,000.00 euros and will be the responsibility of the budget application K5002/24116/47000 CONTRACTING SUBSIDY. The maximum amount of the subsidy for a full-time contract will be: - 6,000.00 euros when the person hired is a woman - 5,000.00 euros when the person hired has been unemployed for more than 12 months or has a certificate of physical, mental or sensory disability (this must be proven at the time of submitting the subsidy application) - 4,000.00 euros for the rest of the applications In the case of discontinuous permanent contracts, the The maximum amount to be awarded will be proportional to the time worked during the first 8 months of hiring. The amount and percentage of the subsidies awarded will not exceed, in any case, 50% of the total cost of the subsidized projects/activities, with the exception of subsidized contracts for people who have a certificate of physical, mental or sensory disability where the amount and percentage may be higher.
