Official description of the call
- Provision: Decree 2023/2158 of May 30. - Bases: Municipal Ordinance Regulating Subsidies of the Hondarribia City Council, and its Annex IV, corresponding to the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to projects of Entities or Associations that carry out their activity in the Social Services system, published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, number 143, of July 29, 2020. - Purpose: To proceed with the Call in competitive competition regime for subsidies to projects of Entities or Associations that carry out their activity in the Social Services system, in accordance with the Bases corresponding to Annex IV of the aforementioned Subsidy Granting Ordinance. The subsidies included in these Rules will be used to finance specific projects and activities, carried out or to be carried out during the year 2023, in no case to the annual activity of the association. - Beneficiaries: Non-profit Associations or Entities that focus their activities in Hondarribia and the Region will be eligible for these aid. They may also opt for territorial scope, when their activities exceed the municipal level and/or serve people from the municipality of Hondarribia. In addition, they must develop their activity in the field of Social Services and their purpose will be to encourage participation, promote social volunteering, solidarity among citizens and care for people with problems of integration and social insertion. - Amount: The maximum amount of subsidies to be granted is €15,000, charged to budget item 0208.481.01.230.00 2023. - Application period: 07/06/2023-08/07/2023 - Applications: Subsidy applications and the corresponding documentation will be submitted electronically, through the Entry Registry of the municipal website. Applications must include the documentation indicated in article 5 of Annex IV of the Ordinance, available, along with the application forms, on the City Council's website - Assessment criteria: The applications will be examined by the technician of the Social Services Department, and it will be the Social Services Assessment Commission, as a collegiate body, who will make the corresponding proposals, submitting them to the Mayor's Office, the competent body for their resolution. The resolution will put an end to the administrative route. The evaluation of the applications will be made based on the criteria indicated in point 7 of Annex IV of the Ordinance. - Resolution and notification period: The maximum period for resolution and express notification will be SIX MONTHS, counted from the end of the application submission period and the interested entities will be notified in accordance with the provisions of article 41 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, by electronic notification. - Reformulation: There will be no possibility of reformulation of requests. In everything else, the provisions of current regulations will be followed; Municipal Subsidy Regulatory Ordinance in force and its Annex I; Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies and other related regulations.
