Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Private non-profit entities at the state level that are legally constituted and duly registered in the corresponding national registry, and whose statutes state both their private nature and their lack of profit-making purposes, as well as the state scope of their action, and that are not covered by the assumptions provided for in articles 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose Call for financial aid, on a competitive basis, to private non-profit entities, at the state level, for the development of programs in the field of addictions that affect the territorial scope of two or more Autonomous Communities. The programs may not consist of interventions at the individual level or direct attention to users, and must have objectives and activities that require centralized planning, management and evaluation and transcend the compartmentalization in autonomous territorial areas to be effective. Those programs that consist of activities whose effectiveness is limited to the scope of a single Autonomous Community, even if they are carried out in several of them, will not be considered eligible for subsidization. Third. Regulatory Bases Order SCO/3670/2007, of December 4, published in the BOE of December 15, 2007, which establishes the regulatory bases for the call and granting of financial aid to private non-profit entities at the state level for the implementation of supra-community programs on drug addiction. Room. Amount The total credit available for this call will be 3,496,490 euros, which will be allocated 996,490 euros in budget concept 26.18.231A.481 and 2,500,000 euros in budget concept 26.18.231A.482, both corresponding to the application of the General State Budgets for 2023 corresponding to the Government Delegation for the National Plan on Drugs. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette. The program or programs for which a subsidy is requested must necessarily be submitted within said period. Sixth.
