BDNS: 709911 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es) and in this BOJA: First. Call: The following line of subsidy is called for the year 2023, in the form of concession under a competitive concurrence regime, in the field of the Ministry of Educational Development and Vocational Training, in the maximum total amount and charged to the budgetary credit indicated below: LINE MAXIMUM AMOUNT Budgetary positions ANNUAL AWARDS EDUCACIUDAD 2023 Annuity 2024: 50,000.-€ Annuity 2026: 40,000.-€ 1100010900/G/54C/46304/00/01 Second. Beneficiaries: Municipalities of Andalusia that have carried out outstanding actions in education. Third. Purpose: To announce the annual Educaciudad awards for the year 2023 to the municipalities distinguished for their commitment to education in Andalusia. Room. Regulatory bases: This call will be governed by the Regulatory Bases of the Order of the Ministry of Education of June 20, 2011, which establishes the regulatory bases of the annual Educaciudad awards to municipalities distinguished for their commitment to education in Andalusia (BOJA no. 133, of July 8, 2011). Fifth. Amount: The maximum budget limit for this call corresponding to the year 2023 is 90,000.00 euros. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this Resolution in the Bulletin of the Junta de Andalucía, ending on September 30, 2023.
