Official description of the call
First: Beneficiaries. The following may be applicants and recipients of these aids: Spanish Sports Federations that carry out highly competitive activities and have integrated the specialty of sports for people with disabilities included in their statutes as an independent specialty and meet the requirements set forth in this Resolution and in the applicable regulations, Spanish Federations of sports for people with disabilities, that meet the requirements indicated in the call and present projects framed in one of the purposes provided for therein. Second: Purpose of the call. The purpose of this call is to support these Federations in the promotion, preparation and promotion of high-competition activity for people with disabilities, through investments and current spending in the following areas: Preparation of athletes on national teams in sports specialties for people with disabilities. Participation, preparation and optimization of the performance of athletes and national teams in international competitions. Improvement of the processes and conditions of transfer and accommodation for training, including both management and direct costs associated with transfers. Adaptation and acquisition of non-inventory sports equipment. Medical, physiotherapy and pharmaceutical services (including medical tests) aimed at high competition preparation and training. Rentals that contribute to this innovation and professionalization of structures. Optimization of high competition equipment and sports infrastructure related to high competition. Acquisition of specific inventoryable sports equipment according to specialties. Material and investments for the preparation and competition of athletes. Infrastructure improvements. Promotion of national activity. Participation and development in national concentrations and competitions that improve the preparation of athletes. Innovation projects aimed at high-competition sports for people with disabilities. Innovation expenses in processes and organization Maintenance of computer systems and digitalization (web page, servers, computer licenses). Specialized training for the correct development of sports activity. Expenses on training for highly competitive technicians, coaches and support staff The costs of advisory services related to the training project. The purpose of this aid is to grant subsidies that contribute to the object described above and to subsidize expenses motivated by the preparation in the high competition of the sport specialty of people with disabilities or by the expenses that they generate in the preparation of national and international activity. Third: Regulatory Bases. The granting of the aid provided for in this call will be governed by the provisions of this Resolution; by Order CUD/804/2023, of July 7, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies and aid from the Higher Sports Council for the preparation of high competition to Spanish Sports Federations for people with disabilities and Spanish Sports Federations that have integrated the specialty of sports with disabilities, charged to the European funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan; by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; by its development regulations approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21; by Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of December 30, which approves urgent measures for the modernization of the Public Administration and for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan; Order HFP/1031/2021, of September 29, which establishes the procedure and format of the information to be provided by State, Autonomous and Local Public Sector Entities to monitor compliance with milestones and objectives and budgetary and accounting execution of the measures of the components of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan; Order HFP/1030/2021, of September 29, which configures the management system of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan; Order HFP/55/2023, of January 24, relating to the systematic analysis of the risk of conflict of interest
