Official description of the call

First. Purpose: The purpose of this aid is to collaborate with the expenses incurred by families registered in Alzira for the purchase of school supplies for students in the 2nd cycle of Early Childhood Education, enrolled in the public and private-concerted centers of Alzira. Second. Beneficiaries: Students who meet and document the following requirements may apply for this aid before the deadline for submitting applications for this call: -Being enrolled in the 2023-2024 academic year in the 2nd cycle of Early Childhood Education in a public or private-concerted center in Alzira. -That both the student and his/her parents or legal guardians are registered in Alzira, at the time of the call for these aids. In the event of separation or divorce, this requirement will only be required by the father or mother who has custody. -That the parents or legal guardians are not subject to any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. -That the parents or legal guardians are up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, which will be accredited through the corresponding certificates from the State Tax Administration Agency and the Social Security Treasury. However, given that the amount of the subsidy will not exceed 3,000 euros, the responsible declaration of being up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations will be sufficient for these purposes. -Do not exceed the following family income thresholds: Families of two members 24,089.00 Families of three members 32,697.00 Families of four members 38,831.00 Families of five members 43,402.00 Families of six members 46,853.00 Families of seven members 50,267.00 Families of eight members 53,665.00 A Starting with the eighth member, 3,391 euros will be added to the income of the family unit for each new eligible member. Third. Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Alzira City Council, in the session held on January 29, 2020, has definitively approved the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Alzira City Council, which contains the regulatory bases of the procedure for the granting of subsidies by this City Council, and the full text of the same has been published in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia No. 29, dated February 12, 2020. Fourth. Application submission period: Interested persons must preferably submit the application through the electronic office through the education procedure with the name Aids school material 2nd cycle for children the electronic office (https://sedeelectronica.alzira.es/PortalCiudadano/tramites/tramite.do?formAction=btShow&t=3621) or in person at the Clau, by appointment (citaprevia.alzira.es) or at the other forms contemplated in art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations addressed to the Mayor-President, within the period from September 11 to October 11, 2023, both inclusive. Fifth.- Maximum total amount of the aid called: The aid granted will be within the budgetary limits charged to the budget application 3261 48103 “Aid for books and teaching materials”, for the corresponding budgetary year, will be compatible with other non-municipal subsidies or aid, and the amount thereof may in no case be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with subsidies or aid from other administrations public or public or private entities, exceeds the cost of the activity to be carried out by the beneficiary. The maximum total amount of the subsidies called will be 12,900 euros. The aid that will be granted to each applicant will be €100. Therefore, a maximum of 129 aid will be granted. However, in the case of fewer applications, the municipal corporation will decide to distribute the remaining financial amount among the applications and thus increase the aid granted.
