In accordance with the "Specific bases that must govern the granting of subsidies that promote the maintenance and improvement of the local economy of Castelldefels", approved by the plenary session of the Castelldefels City Council on March 31, 2022 and published in the BOPB dated June 22, 2022, URL: http://bop.diba.cat/anunci/3259497/aprovacio-definitiva-de-les-bases-reguladores-per-a-la-concessio-de-subvencions-que-fomentin-el-manteniment-i-la-millora-de-l-economia-local-ajuntament-de-castelldefels I HAVE: First.- Approve the “CALL FOR THE 2023 ANNUALITY OF SUBSIDIES AIMED TO PROMOTE THE CREATION OF BUSINESS IN CASTELLDEFELS", by this City Council and on a non-competitive basis, subject to the following basic determinations: "CALL FOR THE 2023 ANNUALITY OF SUBSIDIES AIMED TO PROMOTE THE CREATION OF BUSINESSES IN CASTELLDEFELS a) Regulatory Bases and publication. Specific bases that govern the granting of subsidies by the Castelldefels City Council aimed at promoting the local economy of Castelldefels are those published in the BOPB dated: June 22, 2022, url: http://bop.diba.cat/anunci/3259497/aprovacio-definitiva-de-les-bases-reguladores-per-a-la-concessio-de-subvencions-que-fomentin-el-manteniment-i-la-millora-de-l-economia-local-ajuntament-de-castelldefels b) Budget credits to which the subsidy is attributed and total amount maximum: The maximum amount allocated amounts to 100,000.00 Euros, recorded in the following Budget Application 61/2410/48900/AREA29, project: DESP_PRO_0075 PROMOCIÓ ECONOMIA LOCAL, from the municipal budget for the year 2023 (A: 12023000085090). granted will have a maximum individual allocation, for the total of eligible concepts, of 4,000.00 Euros in the case of companies and 1,700.00 Euros in the case of an individual entrepreneur. Although, as a general rule, the subsidies may not exceed 50% of the cost of the project to which it is applied, in accordance with what is determined in section 7.1 of the bases, the municipal contribution, when dealing with the creation of a new economic activity, will be . 100% of the project cost. This call may be co-financed with the Extraordinary Fund for Local Business Services Centers, framed in the Catalog of the Local Government Network of the Barcelona Provincial Council for the years 2022 and 2023. c) Purpose and amount of the subsidy This subsidy aims to promote self-employment and the creation of new economic activities in the municipality of Castelldefels. The basic amount for each application will be 1,000.00 Euros for each self-employed person. The aforementioned amount may be increased, with the maximums established in section b), based on the following cumulative concepts: - By 100.00 Euros more, when the applicant self-employed worker is female. - By 100.00 Euros more, when the self-employed person applicant has functional diversity equal to or greater than 33%, demonstrable by administrative document proving that. said functional diversity. - At €500.00 more per activity, only in the case that it is carried out in a rental premises at the address stated in the opening license and with the corresponding lease contract in the name of the beneficiary. The activities subject to the subsidy must have started between 11/01/2022 and 10/31/2023, taking as reference the date of registration in the Business Census (Form 036/037 d). Regime of the call: The granting of the aforementioned subsidies will be carried out through a non-competitive competition regime, in accordance with the provision contained in article 5 of the bases that govern this promotion action and will be based on: - Compliance with the requirements established in the bases and this call by the beneficiaries who are the subject of the subsidy, the activities or projects not being eligible for subsidies, when they are different from those defined in article 1 of the bases. - The order of entry.
