Official description of the call
First. Object. Grant financial aid for non-competitive attendance in 2023, for families in economic need that meet the conditions established in the regulatory bases. Second. Beneficiaries. The coexistence units those Coexistence Units art. 9.1 of the Law for the Guarantee of Income and Social Inclusion of the Basque Country who: 1.- Have been beneficiaries of Social Emergency Aid hereinafter AES and/or of the Complementary Housing Benefit –hereinafter PCV- in the month of December 2022. 2.- One of its members is a taxpayer of the Service Fee for Garbage Collection, Water Supply and Sanitation, of the home in which the Coexistence Unit usually resides. It will be understood that the person who appears as the holder of the receipt in the San Sebastian City Council is a taxpayer. Those Cohabiting Units that, although they do not have a member contributing to the Garbage Collection, Water Supply and Sanitation Service Fees, bear the expenses of these fees indirectly and can document it as such may also benefit from this aid. 3.- They have their registration and residence at the address for the payment of whose receipts the aid is granted dated April 1, 2023. 4.- They are up to date with the payment of all their tax obligations with the San Sebastian City Council. 5.- They do not have a total exemption for this concept. 6.- In the event that the expenses relating to these rates are paid through a community accountant, in which the community of owners is the owner of said receipts: a) The people under lease who pay these expenses must prove, by presenting a payment receipt in their name or domiciled in their account, that they are taking charge of said expenses. b) In the case of owners, the payment will be made without the need for accreditation. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by the Local Government Board dated August 8, 2023. The financial allocation for the 2023 financial year is 244,000.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission The beneficiary Coexistence Units that do not have a contributing member but bear the expense, must submit the application. Applications will be submitted in the general application form of the San Sebastián City Council. The period begins the day following the publication of these Rules in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and will end in 30 business days. The application must be accompanied by the documentation specified in article 7 of the regulatory bases to unequivocally prove the indirect payment of the fees for the Garbage Collection Service, Water Supply and Sanitation of the property in which they reside. Applications can be submitted electronically on the website https://www.donostia.eus/info/udalinfo/Tramites.nsf/vTramites/3031BD3C81F5FD24C125814500390D26?OpenDocument&idioma=cas&id=D580485 and in person at any of the San Sebastián City Council registries. Sixth. Payment method and terms Payment of the total amount will be made at the time the subsidy is awarded.
