Official description of the call

DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, BUSINESS, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT EXTRACT from the Resolution of October 25, 2023, of the Department of Science, Business, Training and Employment, which calls for subsidies for Local Entities of the Principality of Asturias for the execution of the "Transversal Digital Skills" program, within the framework of investment 1 of Component 19 of the Plan Recovery, Transformation and Resilience funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU. First.- Beneficiary entities The following Local Entities of the Principality of Asturias may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: municipalities and associations. Second.- Objective To finance the development of non-formal training actions, in basic digital skills, with a duration of 10 hours, intended for all citizens. Third.- Regulatory bases Resolution of October 25, 2023, of the Ministry of Science, Business, Training and Employment, by which the regulatory bases are approved and subsidies are called for Local Entities of the Principality of Asturias, under a non-competitive competition regime, for the execution of the "Transversal Digital Skills" program, within the framework of investment 1 of Component 19 of the Plan Recovery, Transformation and Resilience, financed by the European Union -Next Generation EU-. Fourth.- Amount The amount allocated to the financing of this call amounts to 3,383,702 euros charged to the General Budget of the Principality of Asturias for 2023. The subsidy will cover 100% of eligible expenses. The hourly/student cost module has been established at 13 euros, so the total expected cost per student participating in the training actions is 130 euros. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 1 month from the day following the publication of the extract of the resolution approving the call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias (BOPA), in accordance with the standardized form available at the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias (service record code AYUD0462T01). Sixth.- Other data. Applications will be addressed to the Ministry of Science, Business, Training and Employment and will be submitted electronically, at the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias, which can be accessed through the address https://sede.asturias.es.
