Guardamar del Segura City Council, Alicante, MAKES IT KNOWN, That on August 18, 2023, this entity issued Decree No. 3910/2023, “REGULATORY BASIS AND CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES TO OWNERS OF HOTEL ESTABLISHMENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE IMSERSO TOURISM PROGRAM FOR MINIMIZE THE IMPACT OF THE INCREASE IN COSTS. ANNUITY 2023", which literally transcribed reads as follows: "SUBJECT: REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO OWNERS OF HOTEL ESTABLISHMENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE IMSERSO TOURISM PROGRAM TO MINIMIZE THE IMPACT OF THE INCREASE IN COSTS. 2023. Gisela Teva Quirant, Delegate Councilor for Economic Promotion, by virtue of Mayoral Decree No. 3046/2023 of delegation of powers dated June 19, 2023 of the Guardamar del Segura City Council, issues the following DECREE today: First.- Given that the Alicante Provincial Council has resolved to grant a subsidy. nominative to the City Council of Guardamar del Segura with the aim of minimizing the impact of the increase in costs on owners of hotel establishments participating in the IMSERSO 2023 tourism program, in the amount of €49,318.50, according to the agreement of the Governing Board, in an ordinary session dated May 15, 2023, and published in BOP No. 94 dated 05/17/2023, giving notice. of the same to this City Council dated 06/19/23 and Entry Registration number 2023-E-RC-6654. Second.- See the base ANNEX I of the Call for subsidies to city councils to minimize the impact of the increase in costs on owners of hotel establishments participating in the IMSERSO 2023 tourism program, namely: “LIST OF MUNICIPALITIES WITH HOTEL ESTABLISHMENTS. REGISTERED IN THE REGISTRY OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY INCLUDED IN THE IMSERSO TOURISM PROGRAM AND SUBSIDY AMOUNTS…. …MUNICIPALITY HOTELS Total number of occupied rooms 2022 according to audit report HOTEL SUBSIDY SUBSIDY TOWN HALL GUARDAMAR DEL SEGURA HOTEL PLAYAS DE GUARDAMAR 14,945 49,318.50 €49,318.50 Third.- Considering the first point of the base “Seventh.- Obligations of the beneficiaries” of the Call for subsidies to municipalities to minimize the impact of increased costs on owners of hotel establishments participating in the IMSERSO tourism program. Annuity 2023, through which it is determined that "...The beneficiary municipalities will be obliged to: 1.- Distribute the aid among the natural/legal persons who own hotel establishments located in their municipalities and who have made their facilities available to the IMSERSO Tourism Program in 2022. For these purposes, it will not be necessary for the city council to make a public call if there are less than 5 establishments that meet these requirements, registered in its municipal area, as long as the city council guarantees the publicity of these aids to each of them. The aid granted by the city council must be aimed at covering the cost of effective occupancy by the IMSERSO program, at a rate of €3.30 per day and room effectively occupied, of those made available by the hotel establishment, in the IMSERSO tourism program, in 2022, from February 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. 2022. The documentation that hotel establishments must present to the city council will be the following: 1.- Application form. 2.- Declaration responsible for: Not incurring any of the circumstances that disqualify them from obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies indicated in Art. 13 of the General Subsidies Law. the aid that could be received as the owner of several establishments. Not having received aid from other public administrations for the same purpose for an amount greater than €33.26 per day and room actually occupied, of those made available by the hotel establishment, in the IMSERSO tourism program within the eligible period. That the company has been financially harmed by the effects of the crises in the context of Russia's war against Ukraine. That the company is not affected by the European Union sanctions.
