BDNS: 713319 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003 of November 17, general on Subsidies, the extract of the extraordinary call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrns) and in this BOJA: First. An open call is made for the granting of aid to families to promote the schooling of boys and girls under 3 years of age in the first cycle of early childhood education centers adhered to the Aid Program, by means of a discount on the price of socio-educational care and school cafeteria services, determined in Decree 149/2009, of May 12, for the 2023/2024 academic year, for those cases in which the child or the girl had not reached 16 weeks of life on September 1 and for those others who had not obtained a place in a center participating in the Assistance Program in the procedure for reserving school places or in the ordinary admission procedure. The open call will have five final resolutions that will be published within one month from the end of the application submission period for each of the selection procedures. Second. Beneficiaries: The legal representative or representatives of the boy or girl who is enrolled in the centers affiliated to the Aid Program and has not previously submitted a request for aid in any previous selection procedure for granting aid to families to promote the schooling of boys and girls under 3 years of age in the educational centers of the first cycle of early childhood education published for the 2023/2024 school year by the Andalusian Public Agency for Education, provided that the annual income of the family unit does not exceeds the income limits established or is within the assumptions established for a 100% bonus. Third. Purpose: Promote the schooling of boys and girls under 3 years of age in educational centers participating in the Early Childhood Education Aid Program by subsidizing the price of socio-educational care and school cafeteria services, determined in Decree 149/2009, of May 12. Room. Regulatory bases: This extraordinary call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting, on a competitive basis, of aid to families to promote the schooling of boys and girls under 3 years of age in the educational centers of the first cycle of early childhood education adhered to the "Family aid program for the promotion of schooling in the first cycle of early childhood education in Andalusia", approved by Decree-Law 1/2017, of 28 March, of urgent measures to promote schooling in the first cycle of early childhood education in Andalusia (BOJA extraordinary number 1, of March 29, 2017). Fifth. Amount: The amount of aid will be the amount equivalent to a bonus on the price that families have to pay to the center participating in the Aid Program in which the boy or girl is enrolled, depending on income and the number of members of the family unit. The free assumptions established in both the First and Second Bases of Annex III of Decree-Law 1/2017, of March 28, on urgent measures to promote schooling in the first cycle of early childhood education in Andalusia (BOJA extraordinary number 1, of March 29, 2017) will have a bonus of 100% of the price published in the resolution of centers adhered to the Aid Program. The aid amounts equivalent to a bonus less than 100% of the price to be paid will be those resulting from the application of the provisions of section 3 of both the First and Second Bases of Annex III of Decree-Law 1/2017, of March 28, taking into account the price published in the resolution of centers adhered to the Aid Program. The aid will be financed with credits from the budget of the Andalusian Public Agency for Education and will be made effective from the following budget items, for the maximum amounts and with multi-year spending commitments, in accordance with the following distribution: ANNUITY BUDGETARY ITEM MAXIMUM AMOUNT 2023 G/42I/48000/00 6,500,000.00
