Official description of the call
The Local Government Board, in a session held on 12/27/2019, approved the PARTICULAR BASES REGULATING SUBSIDIES IN SPORTS MATTERS, which were submitted to public information for a period of 20 business days through announcement in BOP n. 661 dated 01/31/2020. During this period, no allegations have been presented, so they become final. Subsequently, the Local Government Board, in a session held on 08/25/2023, approved the call for the granting of SPORTS SUBSIDIES, among others, from the following program: PROGRAM E2. Call for subsidies for sports entities in Lloret de Mar to support high competition for 2023. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published and the text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gov.es/bdnstrans). 1.- Granting entity: a) Body: Lloret de Mar City Council b) Agency that processes the file: Sports Section 2.- Purpose of the call: This call aims to establish the criteria for the granting of subsidies to the sports entities of Lloret de Mar, for the development of their ordinary activities during the season, with the aim of promoting, enhancing and diversifying the practice and representativeness of sports activity in Lloret de Mar. 3.- Requirements to take part in the call: The recipient entities will be non-profit sports entities that meet the following requirements: 1.- Be legally constituted, have their headquarters and carry out sports activity in the municipality of Lloret de Mar. 2.- Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the City Council of Lloret de Mar and in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Catalan Sports Council of the Generalitat of Catalonia. 3.- Be up to date with tax obligations with the Lloret de Mar City Council, with the Tax Agency and with Social Security. The entities will prove that they are up to date with the payment of their tax and Social Security obligations by providing a responsible declaration of being up to date, or by providing the certificates issued by the corresponding administrations. 4.- Sports entities must declare that they do not incur incompatibility of those established in article 13.2 of the General Law of Subsidies of November 17. 5.- Prove a minimum seniority of one year and carry out continued sporting activity during this time in Lloret de Mar. 6.- Those sporting entities that receive a direct nominative subsidy and whose regulatory agreement specifies the impossibility of benefiting from the calls for subsidies during the validity of the subsidy would be excluded. 7.- Those entities that, despite being registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities, do not have the Boards of Directors or the statutes updated and completed in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Catalan Sports Council, will be excluded. 4.- Amount of subsidies: The total budget allocation for the call for subsidies for Programs E1, E2 and E3 is €140,000. 5.- Requirements and objectives of the projects: These are those that appear in the call. They can also be found at the Municipal Electronic Headquarters of the Lloret de Mar City Council: https://seu.lloret.cat/ajutsPublic/listPublicacions. 6.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications, in a single call, will be 20 business days counting from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP). The standardized application model, as well as the required documentation, can be found at the Municipal Electronic Headquarters of the Lloret de Mar City Council: https://seu.lloret.cat/ajutsPublic/listPublicacions. In accordance with Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common procedure of public administrations, all entities are required to relate to public administrations by electronic means and, therefore, necessarily have a digital certificate of the entity. This implies that all requests and documentation addressed to the City Council must be made through the Elected Headquarters.
