* EXTRACT from the Order of July 3, 2023, of the Minister of * Social Rights, Equality, Diversity and Youth, which establishes the approval of * the regulatory bases that must govern the granting of subsidies * intended to promote and strengthen the collaborative * housing program aimed at contributing to the improvement of the quality of life, * to prolong the autonomy of people and to guarantee access to * them for people in vulnerable situations in the Community * Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands and which approves the call for the year * 2023, within the framework of Component 22-I.2 of the Recovery and * Resilience Mechanism financed by the "Next Generation EU" funds within the * Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain. * * In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) * of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is * published, the full text of which can * be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. * * First.- Beneficiary entities. * Entities may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided * that they have their tax domicile in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands and * meet the requirements established in this call, * collaborative housing cooperatives, associations that seek to * establish a collaborative housing cooperative and other * non-profit entities that wish to promote the use of * inclusive collaborative housing cooperatives; in accordance with the last * paragraph of article 135.3 of Law 4/2022, of October 31, of * Cooperative Societies of the Canary Islands, which provides that "The * promotions of collaborative housing cooperatives, due to their * markedly social and supportive nature, may be considered * equipment of service and social interest as well as being recipients of * public aid for their implementation and promotion and development of their * objectives." * * Second.- Object. * The purpose of this subsidy program is the financing of * actions aimed at achieving the milestones/objectives set out in the * Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain, within * the Lever Policy VIII "New care economy and * employment policies", Component 22 "Shock plan for the care economy * and reinforcement of inclusion policies", Investment 2 «Plan for * Modernization of Social Services: technological transformation, * innovation, training and reinforcement of "child care." * Specifically, it is about contributing to the achievement of milestone/objective 325 * of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain. * This collaborative housing project, or project 4 of the * Agreement of the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030 with the * Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands for the execution of the "Next * Generation EU" funds, is linked to milestone 325, which includes the investments * established for component 22 within line I.2 "iii. * Pilot projects to promote innovation within the framework of * social services" (pages 227 and 228 of Section 1: Reforms and * Investments within the Framework of the Recovery, Transformation and * Resilience Plan of the ANNEX to the Proposal for the Implementation Decision of the * Council relating to the approval of the evaluation of the * recovery and resilience plan of Spain of June 16, 2021). and pursues * the promotion of the collaborative housing program aimed at * contributing to the improvement of the quality of life, prolonging the autonomy * of people and guaranteeing access to them for people in * vulnerable situations. * * Third.- Actions and amounts of subsidies. * The aid will be intended to finance the actions * contemplated in the following eligible actions: * a) Action 1: aid for groups promoting collaborative * housing for the contracting of technical assistance that supports the * generation and development of collaborative housing cooperatives that * are aimed at improving the quality of life, prolonging the * autonomy of people and guaranteeing access to them for * people in vulnerable situations. Subsidies can * be used for the following actions: * a.1) Qualified support that leads to the development of the * participatory model and support in decision-making by the community
