Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First- Beneficiaries Municipalities with more than 1,000 inhabitants and provincial councils or their dependent autonomous bodies within the territorial scope of Castilla y León may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, which request it, meet the requirements and temporarily hire unemployed people over 45 years of age and registered as unemployed job seekers, for the improvement of employability and job insertion within the framework of employment activation programs, by carrying out works and services of general and social interest. Second.- Object Support for the temporary hiring of unemployed people over 45 years of age and who are registered as unemployed job seekers in the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León, for the performance of works and services of general and social interest. Third- Regulatory Bases By Order IEM/1176/2022, of September 2 (BOCyL no. 180 of September 16), the regulatory bases of the subsidies are established. aimed at municipalities with more than 1,000 inhabitants and the provincial councils or their autonomous bodies dependent on the Community of Castilla y León, through the performance of works and services of general and social interest by unemployed people over 45 years of age. Fourth.- Amount The amount called is 6,200,000 euros. The amount of the subsidy: For each worker hired in Social Security Contribution Groups 1 and 2, both inclusive: 33,250 euros/year, full-time. For each worker hired in Social Security Contribution Groups 3 to 7, both inclusive: 26,600 euros/year, full-time. For each worker hired in Social Security Contribution Groups 8 to 11, both inclusive: 19,950 euros/year, full-time. The following details are established: -In Town Councils with more than 1,000 and less than 20,000 inhabitants: 1 full-time contract per applicant entity will be eligible for subsidies. -In City Councils with more than 20,000 inhabitants and in Provincial Councils or their dependent autonomous organizations: a maximum of 3 full-time contracts per applicant entity will be eligible. Fifth.- Deadline for submission of applications Applications will be submitted within 15 business days, computed from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León. Sixth.- Other information The subsidy application will be completed exclusively in the standardized form, which will be available at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León, through the electronic address (https://www.tramitacastillayleón.jcyl.es). Only one application per entity will be accepted. In the event that an entity submits more than one application, the last one submitted will be taken into account for its evaluation.
