Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. Beneficiaries. The most representative trade union and business organizations of the Autonomous Community may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 7.1 of Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on Freedom of Association, and by the Sixth Additional Provision of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the consolidated text of the Law of the Statute of the Workers. Second. Object and purpose. The purpose of this Order is to call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the execution of actions aimed at improving the employability of young people in Castilla y León up to 35 years of age. The purpose of this subsidy is to improve the employability of young people from Castile and Leon, to promote their access to the labor market, as well as to promote an entrepreneurial mentality and the development of their talent. Third. Regulatory bases. By Order FAM/972/2023, of July 27, the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at improving the employability of young people in Castilla y León are approved, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León on August 3, 2023. Fourth. Subsidy amount. The total amount of the call is €775,000, (of which €387,500 correspond to the year 2023 and the other €387,500 to the year 2024). The individualized amount of the subsidy, corresponding to each beneficiary entity, will be 100% of the accepted budget of the project presented, taking into account the order of priority obtained based on the score when applying the assessment criteria. Fifth. Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days starting at 00:00 on the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León, until 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the deadline.
