Official description of the call
The Participatory Budget is a process by which citizens define or contribute to defining the destination of a part of public resources, a form of citizen participation in the public management of the municipality. The proposals selected by citizens until they cover the established budget limit must be included in the 2023 Budget of the Ansoain City Council, provided that the procedure and circumstances for approving budgets, as well as the regulations applicable at all times, allow it. Prior to the opening of the proposal submission period, the Ansoáin City Council will publicize the process, as well as its bases on its website (www.ansoain.es), on the municipal notice board and on official social media profiles. People registered in the municipality over 16 years of age (including those who turn 16 during the year 2023) and citizen entities and associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Ansoáin City Council may submit proposals. The deadline for submitting proposals is 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call in the BON. The proposals will be presented by the following means: -Telematically through the municipal electronic headquarters https://sedeelectronica.ansoain.es - In person, at the offices of the Ansoáin City Council (Plaza Consistorial 1, Ansoáin) from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
