CALL FOR GRANTS TO THE CULTURAL ASSOCIATIONS OF MISLATA 2023

Official description of the call

BDNS (identif.): First: Beneficiaries Local cultural associations that meet the following requirements may qualify for the status of beneficiaries of these subsidies: 1. Be cultural entities domiciled in Mislata, whose purpose or object is within the scope of the powers of the Department of Culture of the Mislata City Council. 2. Be legally constituted and registered in the Registry of Associations of the Mislata City Council and the Generalitat Valenciana. The Mislata City Council will verify ex officio that the associations that request the subsidy are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. 3. Not incur any of the circumstances established in article 13.2 and 13.3 of the General Subsidies Law (Law 38/2003 of November 17). Entities that are not up to date with their tax obligations with the Mislata City Council, those in which any of the circumstances contemplated in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the LGS occur or those that incur any of the causes of incompatibility specified in the eleventh base of the call will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidy. Second: Purpose and character of the call. The Mislata City Council is aware of the importance and social impact of the cultural activities generated by local associations, which is why, for years, it has been developing a subsidy program to help finance the ordinary operation of its headquarters and to support the expenses derived from the activities, cultural programs and trips of a cultural nature carried out by them. Therefore, the purpose of this call is to establish, on a competitive basis, the call for aid to local cultural associations to help finance the ordinary operation of their headquarters and support the expenses derived from cultural activities and programs and travel for participation in cultural events held by them between October 16, 2022 and September 30, 2023. The total amount of subsidies to be granted will depend on the credits provided for in the budgetary allocation of the municipal department of culture, an amount that will act as the maximum concession limit. The maximum limit allocated for this call is €48,165.00 attributable to budget application 3300.48900 of the municipal budget for the year 2023 and will be distributed as follows: MODULE I: €19,266.00. MODULE II: €25,045.80 MODULE III: €3,853.20 This amount will be assigned proportionally to the score obtained by each applicant entity based on the provisions of the seventh, ninth and thirteenth clauses. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. If the last day of the period is a non-business day or holiday, it will be moved to the first subsequent business day. Sixth. Other data. In compliance with the provisions of article 12 of Decree 220/2014, of December 12, of the Consell, which approves the Regulation of Electronic Administration of the Valencian Community, the presentation of the subsidy applications and the attached documentation that is specified in the ninth regulatory basis of this call will be carried out compulsorily electronically at the electronic headquarters or virtual office of the Mislata City Council, whose link will be available in the section “Procedures” of the municipal website (https:/www.mislata.es/administracio/oficina-virtual), applications submitted by other means are not admitted, in the procedure called CUL-157 Application for aid to cultural associations of Mislata” enabled for this purpose, applications presented by other means are not admitted.
