Official description of the call
Description of the Call: Agreement of the Local Government Board, of September 7, 2023, which approves the Call for the 25th NATIONAL CONTEST OF YOUNG SINGERS OF ELCHE. Beneficiaries: Any young person of Spanish nationality or with legal residence in Spain who is between 14 and 30 years old on the closing date of the application submission period, and meets the rest of the requirements of the Call, may participate in the contest. Those who have a current record contract or have won first prize or the prize for best song in previous editions of the contest will not be able to participate. Object: You will participate with two original songs, in any musical style and official language of the State. Songs presented in previous editions of the contest will not be admitted. Regulatory bases: Bases for the execution of the Budget for the current fiscal year, published in full in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante on January 16, 2023. Amount: First prize €1,500.00 Second prize €700.00 “Ángel Alfosea” special audience award €600.00 Best song in Valencian €600.00 Mention for the best musical accompaniment €200.00 Likewise, prizes will be awarded in musical material, for a total value equivalent to €600.00. First prize Musical material worth €200.00 Second prize Musical material worth €100.00 Special audience award “Ángel Alfosea” Musical material worth €100.00 Best song in Valencian Musical material worth €100.00 Mention for best musical accompaniment Musical material worth €100.00 Submission period: The submission period will be the day following the day of publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province and on October 20, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
