Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Persons who have Spanish nationality or the status of national of a member state of the European Union (who must prove sufficient knowledge in one of the official languages of the Valencian Community) who are not over 35 years of age and are in possession of the official qualification specified in the purpose of the scholarship, without more than five years having elapsed since the conclusion of the studies leading to its obtaining. Those who have enjoyed professional internship scholarships at the Generalitat for a period equal to or greater than 36 months are excluded. Those who, at the time the call is published, are enjoying another professional internship scholarship at the Generalitat will also not be eligible for these scholarships, except in the following cases: a) Applying for the same scholarship that is already being enjoyed, due to having been obtained in a previous call. b) There are less than two months left until the end of the scholarship that the applicants are already enjoying, on the end date of the application submission period. Second. Purpose Call for 1 scholarship to complete the training of young university graduates, through professional internships, during the years 2023 and 2024, in the offices of the General Directorate of European Funds of the Ministry of Finance, Economy and Public Administration, in matters related to Public Administration with special emphasis on tasks related to the Operational Programs of the Valencian Community in the Analysis, Planning and Technical Support Service to Procedures of the Operational Programs of the General Directorate of European Funds. Third. Regulatory bases Order 7/2017, of August 9, of the Department of Finance and Economic Model, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of professional internship scholarships in the Department of Finance and Economic Model (DOGV 8116, 08.30.2017). Room. Budget allocation 1. The maximum total allocation of scholarships for the year 2023 is 14,630 euros. 2. The gross monthly amount of each scholarship will be 1,219.16 euros. This amount must be increased, if applicable, by applying the percentage of the increase in public sector spending approved in the general budget of the State for the year 2023. On the gross monthly amount of the scholarship, the corresponding withholding will be made on account of personal income tax, as well as the corresponding Social Security contribution. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Other information 1. Applications: must be submitted electronically at the Generalitat's electronic headquarters https://sede.gva.es 2. Interested persons must submit, along with the application, only a resume with the information specified in the call. 3. The selection process consists of two phases: a first for merit assessment and another for an interview. The people who have obtained the 15 best scores will move on to the interview phase.
