Extract from the Resolution of September 13, 2023 of the Public Employment Service of the Principality of Asturias, which calls for public subsidies for 2023, for the financing of training plans whose scope is the Principality of Asturias, aimed at training for the development of functions related to social dialogue and collective bargaining. First.- Beneficiaries The following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this call: 1.,,In relation to the subsidies intended for the financing of training activities aimed at training for the development of functions related to regional social dialogue and collective bargaining: -,,Trade union organizations that participate in social dialogue and collective bargaining in the area of the Principality of Asturias, in the terms established in article 7 of the Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on Freedom of Association, as well as the foundations or other entities established by them to achieve any of these purposes. -,,The business organizations that participate in the area of the Principality of Asturias, in the terms established in the sixth additional provision of the consolidated text of the Workers' Statute, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, as well as the foundations or other entities constituted by them to achieve any of these purposes. 2.,,In relation to subsidies intended for the financing of training activities aimed at training for the development of functions related to collective bargaining: -,,Trade union and business organizations that are legitimized for sectoral collective bargaining in the geographical and functional scope of the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias, in accordance with the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of article 87 of the consolidated text of the Workers' Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, as well as the foundations or other entities established by them to achieve these purposes. Second.- Purpose The financing of training plans of the Principality of Asturias, aimed at training for the development of functions related to social dialogue and collective bargaining Third.- Regulatory bases The Resolution of the Minister of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion of September 1, 2020 (BOPA no. 184 of September 22, 2020) Fourth.- Amount The call provides for a maximum credit estimate of TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EUROS (€210,600.00). According to the following breakdown by type of training plans: -,,For subsidies intended to finance training plans, composed of training activities aimed at training for the development of functions related to regional social dialogue and collective bargaining, eighty percent. -,,For subsidies intended to finance training plans, composed of training activities aimed at training for the development of functions related to collective bargaining, twenty percent. Fifth.- Application deadline The deadline for submitting applications will be ten (10) business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth.- Other data of interest The procedure is published in the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias (https://sede.asturias.es) and can be located by entering the code AYUD0255T01 in the header search engine (located at the top right of the page) where you will find the full text of the Resolution and corresponding complementary information. Subsidy applications for the financing of training plans of the Principality of Asturias, aimed at training for the development of functions related to Social Dialogue and Collective Negotiation, will be completed through the Qontinua computer application that the Public Employment Service of the Principality of Asturias will enable for this purpose on the Internet page www.qontinua.es.
