Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Natural persons who are subject to the tax as owners or usufructuaries of the property may apply for the subsidy. that comply with the established scales and conditions. It will not be applicable in the following cases: - When one is not up to date with the compliance with the tax or Social Security obligations imposed by the current provisions - When one has been sanctioned by a final resolution with the loss of the possibility of obtaining subsidies according to the General Law of Subsidies (38/2003, of November 17), or the General Tax Law - To persons who have been sentenced by a final judgment to the penalty of loss of the possibility of obtaining subsidies or public aid Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant a subsidy to economically vulnerable people who own a property in the municipality in accordance with the specific bases approved by the Plenary Session of the Santa Cristina d'Aro City Council in the ordinary session held on July 26, 2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOPG) no. 152, of August 7, 2023. The subsidy will consist of granting to owners who meet the established scale and conditions, 30% - with a total limit of 300 euros - of the real estate tax quota corresponding to the year prior to the publication of the call. The procedure for this grant will be through competitive competition. Third. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the specific regulatory bases approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council on July 26, 2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 152 dated August 7, 2023, and on the City Council's notice board. Room. Amount The amount of the subsidy will be equivalent to 30%, with a total limit of 300 euros, of the real estate tax fee corresponding to the year prior to the publication of the call. The subsidies referred to in this call will be awarded under item 2023 81 23100 48005 “IBI aid for people with low economic capacity” of the municipal budget for the year 2023 and until the endowment of €3,000 is exhausted. Once exhausted, despite having the right to it, the beneficiaries will not be able to access the subsidy. Subsidies will be awarded in strict order of submission of the application at check-in. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona. Requests must be addressed to the Santa Cristina d’Aro City Council: - In person with the official application model that can be obtained at the City Hall Entry Registry, attaching the documentation. - Electronically directly to the editable model included on the municipal website, together with the documentation requested in the call. Persons who submit applications by electronic means must authenticate themselves through the electronic signature systems supported by the electronic office.
