Official description of the call
The Local Government Board in a session dated September 5, 2023 has approved point 9.4 of the modification of the Regulatory Bases and Call for subsidies under a competitive competition regime in housing matters for the Rental Housing Market. First. Beneficiaries: Individuals, natural or legal, owners or holders of a real right of use that does not prevent the making available of this housing to the Local Housing Office for rental may request subsidies for the activities of the subject specified in section 1 of the specific regulatory bases for housing (hereinafter BASES). Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call, according to the Regulatory Bases, is the granting of subsidies by the Olesa de Montserrat City Council to owners of private homes located in Olesa de Montserrat who have shown their willingness to make them available to the Local Housing Office and who meet the requirements established therein, with the purpose of promoting housing services and activities corresponding to the Territory and Sustainability area. Third. Regulatory Bases: The Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime in housing matters for the transfer of homes to the Social Rental Housing Exchange approved by the Local Government Board in a session dated September 5, 2023 and published in BOPB no. CVE202310126048 as of September 15, 2023. Fourth. Amount: The maximum budget that will be allocated to this year 2023 for the granting of housing subsidies for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for the transfer of housing to the Social Rental Housing Exchange of this call will be €8,431.31 and will be the responsibility of the budget application 44W30 1521 48200 Habitatge - Serv. of support to the local d?habitatge services of the current municipal budget for the year 2023. Fifth. Objective criteria for granting the subsidy: Subsidies will be awarded to those applicants who obtain the best evaluation once the objective criteria of section 14 of the Regulatory Bases have been applied. Sixth. Competent Body for the Organization, Instruction and Resolution of the Procedure: The competent body for the organization and instruction of the procedure for the granting of regulatory subsidies for these bases is the Housing Department of the Territory and Sustainability Area, which will request as many reports as it deems necessary in accordance with article 24 of Law 38/2003, of November 14, general on subsidies. The competent body to resolve is the Local Government Board. Seventh. Deadline and form for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day following the publication of the extract of this call by the National Subsidies Database in the corresponding official journal (BOP of Barcelona) and will end on November 30, 2023. Applications must be submitted using the standardized models provided by the City Council, according to what the bases dictate. Eighth. Execution period: The execution period of the works subject to subsidy is from January 1, 2022 to November 15, 2023. Ninth. Deadline and form of justification: The justification period will end on November 30, 2023. The justifications must be presented using the standardized models provided by the City Council, according to what the rules dictate. Tenth. Other mandatory information: Everything established in the Bases that regulate this call for subsidies must be complied with, and in accordance with the General Subsidy Ordinance of the City Council of Olesa de Montserrat, approved by the Plenary Session of this Corporation on October 24, 2019 and definitively published in the BOP of Barcelona on January 31, 2020.
