Official description of the call
A. Object and purpose of granting the aid: Improvements in access to commercial premises and inside them in accordance with current regulations, eliminating impediments that hinder people with reduced mobility. If these works occupied public roads, they should have prior authorization. The premises will have to have an activity license or have submitted the Responsible Declaration, if applicable. The following will not be eligible for subsidies: - Applications for premises that lack an activity license or, where applicable, that have not submitted the required responsible declaration. - Requests that do not comply with the applicable urban planning regulations or have a file in progress without having been resolved satisfactorily. - No new subsidy will be granted to improve the accessibility of commercial premises for the same premises in the following 5 years. Establishments that have a useful surface area for exhibition and sales to the public greater than 350 square meters are expressly excluded, and those belonging to companies or distribution groups that are not considered small and medium-sized companies according to current legislation. B. Budget credit to which the expense is allocated: The total amount allocated to this aid for the year 2023 amounts to €10,000, charged to Budget Item 431.77000 Aid for the accessibility of shops and small businesses. Amount of the subsidy: that defined in article 10 of the regulatory bases, which establishes that the subsidy will be equivalent to 10% of the total investment budget corresponding to accessibility works of the premises. Only amounts between 500 and 10,000 euros will be subsidized, excluding VAT, understanding that the projects to be subsidized will involve a minimum investment of €500. Projects that do not achieve this amount will not be taken into consideration. Projects that exceed €10,000 will only be eligible for 10% of the first €10,000, since this is the amount set as the limit. D. Scheme for granting subsidies: The granting of these subsidies will be carried out in accordance with the chronological order of entry into the application registry until the planned credit is exhausted. E. Beneficiaries and requirements: those contemplated in article 7 of the regulatory bases. F. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) and on the notice board of the municipal Electronic Headquarters on the website: www.bonreposimirambell.es G. Documentation that must accompany the application: in accordance with that established in article 12 of the regulatory bases. H. Body competent for the instruction and management of the procedure: The instruction of the procedure for granting subsidies corresponds to the Department that holds the powers in matters of Commerce, who will carry out ex officio how many actions it deems necessary for the determination, knowledge and verification of the data by virtue of which the proposed resolution must be formulated, in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the regulatory bases. I. Body that grants aid: Municipal Mayor's Office. J. Period for resolution and notification of the call: maximum period for resolving and notifying the resolution of the concession procedure may not exceed 6 months from the moment of submission of the application. The resolution of the concession will put an end to the administrative procedure, it must be motivated and it will state the beneficiaries, type of aid and amount granted. It will also have to contain a list of the applicants whose applications are rejected and the reason for rejection. K. Means of notification or publication of the concession resolution: those established in article 16 of the regulatory bases
