BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. Call The aid provided for in the Order of October 23, 2018, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of LEADER subsidies, for the preparation and implementation of cooperation activities by the Rural Development Groups of Andalusia corresponding to submeasure 19.3 of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2020, is called for the year 2023. Second. Beneficiary entities. The Rural Development Groups of Andalusia selected in accordance with the Order of November 7, 2016, which regulates the selection procedure of the Local Leader Development Strategies and the recognition of the Rural Development Groups of Andalusia within the framework of measure 19 of the Rural Development Program of Andalusia 2014-2020, who have signed the collaboration agreement required in article 19 of the same and that have not exhausted the amount assigned in the Resolution of April 3, 2019, of the General Directorate of Industries, Innovation and Agri-Food Chain, which calls for the aid provided for in the Order of October 23, 2018, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of LEADER subsidies, for the preparation and implementation of cooperation activities by the Rural Development Groups of Andalusia corresponding to the submeasure 19.3 of the Rural Development Program of Andalusia 2014-2020 and which modifies the Order of November 23, 2017, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid provided for in the LEADER Local Development Strategies within the framework of submeasure 19.2 of the Rural Development Program of Andalusia 2014-2020, and the Order of August 9, 2017, which approves the regulatory bases for LEADER subsidies for operating and animation costs of the Rural Development Groups of Andalusia corresponding to submeasure 19.4 of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2020. Third. Object. The purpose of this aid is the "implementation of cooperation activities" of the Rural Development Groups of Andalusia corresponding to submeasure 19.3 of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2020. This type of operation will encompass the execution of cooperation activities by the Rural Development Groups. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, approved by Order of October 23, 2018, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of LEADER subsidies, for the preparation and implementation of cooperation activities by the Rural Development Groups of Andalusia corresponding to submeasure 19.3 of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2020 and which modifies the Order of November 23, 2017, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of the aid provided for in the LEADER Local Development Strategies within the framework of submeasure 19.2 of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2020, and the Order of August 9, 2017, which approves the regulatory bases for LEADER subsidies for exploitation and animation costs of the Rural Development Groups of Andalusia corresponding to submeasure 19.4 of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2020 (BOJA Number 208 dated October 26, 2018).
