Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Individuals or groups who work or wish to get started in some cultural field. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies aimed at alleviating the economic deficit caused by the development or execution of specific programs or activities for the Zumaia neighborhood festivals, by the non-profit cultural associations of Zumaia. Third. Regulatory bases. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. General Subsidy Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. General ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zumaia City Council and its Autonomous Bodies (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa No. 151, of August 11, 2020). Strategic Subsidy Plan of the City Council and the Zumaia Sports Board. (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa No. 59, of March 30, 2021) Fourth. Amount. The subsidies to be granted through this call will be charged to the following budget item: - 1 0300.480.334.00.01 2023 (2273) Creation aid: €8,000 Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be submitted to the Zumaia Municipal Registry or by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. They may also be submitted by electronic registration by accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council through its website (www.zumaia.eus). Applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Sixth. Form and terms of payment. The payment will be made in 2 payments by bank transfer to an account owned by the beneficiary entity: A first payment of 70% of the subsidy granted upon notification of the resolution. Second payment: the remaining 30% after the presentation of the documentation required to justify the subsidy.
