Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities. The entities that develop the projects and actions, selected in the calls and concerted actions, in which the State Research Agency acts as a financing body, and which are listed below, may be beneficiaries of the aid: 1) BIODIVERSA+ 2022, transnational research projects on biodiversity monitoring. 2) CETP 2022, transnational research projects on clean energy. 3) CHISTERA IV COFUND 2022, transnational research projects on communication technologies and emerging information systems. 4) DUT 2022, transnational research projects on urban planning. 5) CRCNS 2023, collaborative research projects with the United States on computational neuroscience. 6) CERN LHCb, experiment associated with the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, specialized in quark flavor physics. 7) ESA EUCLID, mission dedicated to the exploration of the composition and evolution of the dark universe. 8) ESA FLEX-S3, mission dedicated to the study of vegetation fluorescence. 9) ESA EXOMARS, mission dedicated to the study of RAMAN spectroscopy for planetary exploration of the Mars system. 10) ISS AMS, dedicated to the study of cosmic rays. 11) AUGER, collaboration associated with the Pierre Auger Observatory, dedicated to the study of ultra-high energy cosmic rays. The actions, including research projects in their scope, and the eligible beneficiary entities are detailed in Annex I of the resolution. Second. Object. The purpose of this resolution is to approve the second procedure for direct granting of aid, for the year 2023, to research projects selected in international competitive calls and international concerted actions of a scientific-technical nature, within the framework of actions of "International Collaboration Projects", of the State Program to Address the Priorities of Our Environment, State Subprogram for Internationalization, of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research 2021-2023. Third. Amount. The maximum amount intended to finance the aid will be 11,999,910.00 euros, charged to the expense budget of the State Research Agency for the year 2023, in accordance with budgetary availability. Room. Form and deadline for submitting proposals. The deadline for submitting proposals will be from October 18 to October 27, 2023 (Spanish peninsular time). The proposals will be presented in accordance with the procedure described in article 9 of the resolution. The completion and electronic submission of the proposals must be carried out through the electronic means enabled for this purpose at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
