Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. The following may benefit from the aid established in this order: a) Companies in the commerce sector that are considered SMEs, in accordance with the definition established in Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, of June 17, 2014, declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (General block exemption regulation). The following categories are differentiated: Microenterprise: company that employs less than 10 people and whose annual turnover or whose annual balance sheet does not exceed 2 million euros. Small company: company that employs less than 50 staff and whose annual turnover or whose annual balance sheet does not exceed 10 million euros. Medium-sized company: companies that employ less than 250 people and whose turnover does not exceed 50 million euros or whose annual balance sheet does not exceed 43 million euros. b) Mandatory, they must own and carry out their commercial activity in a permanent physical establishment. c) The establishment that is the object of the aid will have to be located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. d) The main activity of the business must correspond to one of the activities included in codes 45, 46 or 47 of the National Classification of Economic Activities 2009 (CNAE 2009) approved by Royal Decree 475/2007, of April 13, which approves the National Classification of Economic Activities 2009 (CNAE-2009). Effective registration in the CNAE must coincide with or be prior to the date of submission of the application. e) If the establishment carries out trade activities simultaneously with others that do not have such consideration, the project will be eligible as long as the main activity carried out in the establishment is trade (sales), depending on the turnover percentage. f) In the case of non-sedentary commerce, only sales methods in markets and itinerant commerce in store vehicles will be admitted. The main activity of the company must be street sales. Second.- Purpose. 1. Eligible expenses will be considered those that, without a doubt, are related to the activity that is the object of the aid, are necessary for its execution, have been incurred and are effectively paid in the period from January 1, 2022 to the end date of the justification period. Expenses must be subject to market prices. 2. The expenditure concepts, to be considered financeable, must be individually detailed both in the report following the model in Annex I A, and in the application questionnaire, Annex I. Otherwise, they will not be taken into account in the configuration of the financeable expense. 3. Aid to micro, small and medium-sized businesses will be eligible for subsidies in: a) Expenses aimed at digital transformation: 1st. Improvement of customer service, relationship, knowledge and loyalty, through the use of new technologies and advanced analytics techniques. 2nd. Investment in the digital transformation of commercial establishments to incorporate, maintain or improve sales functionalities through digital channels that promote omnichannel business models and improve customers' purchasing experience in the digital environment. 3rd. Cybersecurity solutions. 4th. Platforms for improving internal communication within a business, between businesses or other figures of interest for the undertaking of joint actions that bring mutual benefit and that improve the way of working, as well as the attention and flow of clients. 5th. Standardization of products and generation of information. 6th. Development of computer applications designed for smart mobile phones or other types of devices or digital media that serve to promote products and services. b) Expenses related to transformation of the point of sale: 1st Digitalization of management in commerce, through the optimization, integration or automation of one or several internal management operations of the business, including from the relationship with suppliers to the end customer. 2nd Acquisition of technological tools to carry out self-diagnoses on the viability of the business, taking decisions
