Official description of the call

The Local Government Board in a session dated September 5, 2023, has approved in point 6.1 the bases and the call for subsidies under a non-competitive public competition regime for the year 2023, to the people who own their habitual residence, who have the title of single-parent family and based on their economic capacity, determined according to the income of their cohabitation unit First. Beneficiaries: Persons who own their habitual residence, who have the title of single-parent family on the date of tax accrual (January 1), may request subsidies for the purpose indicated in section 1 of the Specific Regulatory Bases, based on their economic capacity, determined according to the income of their cohabitation unit, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS); They will have to meet some requirements. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call, in accordance with the Regulatory Bases, is the regulation of subsidies to people who own their habitual residence, who have the title of single-parent family and based on their economic capacity, determined according to the income of their cohabitation unit, to reduce inequalities between citizens and promote social cohesion and seek equity. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases, approved by the Local Government Board in a session dated September 5, 2023 and published to BOPB number CVE202310126396 on September 18, 2023. Amount: Approve Authorization (A) for an amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND EUROS (€15,000.00) € charged to the budget application 11 931 48950 ECONOMIA I HISENDA - AF- ALTRES TRANSFERÈNCIES of the municipal budget for the year 2023. In the event that there are more applications admitted than credit available for the call and it is not possible to provide the budget application with more resources, the amount to be subsidized will be weighted between the amount available for the call and the resulting amount derived from the admitted applications. The amount of the subsidy will be 50% of the net amount of the property tax on the habitual residence, corresponding to the percentage of ownership of the property recorded in the Cadastre. Fifth. Competent Body for the Organization, Instruction and Resolution of the Procedure: The concession procedure will be processed and resolved under a non-competitive concurrence regime. It will be processed by the sole fact that the applicant attends, without it being necessary to establish a comparison of the applications or the priority between them. The competent body for the investigation of the file is the Treasury Department of the Economy and Finance area, which will request how many reports it deems necessary in accordance with article 24 of Law 38/2003, of November 14, General Subsidies. The competent body to resolve will be the Local Government Board, according to Decree 000023 of 01/10/2020. Sixth. Objective criteria for granting the subsidy: In accordance with the provisions of article 55.1 of the RLGS, as it is a non-competitive competition, there are no objective criteria because neither comparison nor priority of the applications is established. In the event that there are more accepted applications than credit available for the call and it is not possible to provide the budget application with more resources, the amount to be subsidized will be weighted between the amount available for the call and the resulting amount derived from the admitted applications. Seventh. Deadline and form for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call by the National Subsidies Database in the corresponding official journal (BOP Barcelona).
