Official description of the call

Regulatory bases. By Order CUD/607/2022, of June 22 (Official State Gazette, no. 157, of July 1), the regulatory bases for the granting of the “Bibliography Prize of the National Library of Spain” were established. First. This Award aims to distinguish the best works in the field of Hispanic bibliography. Both bibliographies and bibliographic studies or bibliographic databases related to Hispanic culture or with collections of the National Library of Spain, O.A., may be presented. Second. The Prize will be endowed with €6,000 and the winning work may be published by the National Library of Spain in any type of medium or format. The amount of the prize, which is subject to tax withholding in accordance with the provisions of article 99 of the Personal Income Tax Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 439/2007, of March 30, will be paid from budget application 24.104.332B.480 of the current expense budget of the National Library of Spain, O.A. Third. Authors and institutions of any nationality, as well as research groups constituted in any of the forms and with the conditions provided for in article 11.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, may compete for the Bibliography Prize of the National Library of Spain, corresponding to the year 2023, who must appoint a representative or sole representative, with powers to fulfill the obligations that correspond to the group if it is awarded, in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of the aforementioned article 11.3. Participants in this call must send their application in a standardized form to the Directorate of the National Library of Spain, O.A. and present all the necessary documentation in any of the places established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Legal entities are required to present it electronically in the electronic Registry of the National Library of Spain, O.A. The deadline for submitting the works will end 15 days after the publication of the extract in the "Official State Gazette", as established in Law 38/2003, of November 17. Other data.
