Extract from Mayor's Resolution No. 521 dated 09/19/2023 calling for subsidies to PROMOTE INDIVIDUAL SPORTS 2023 First. Beneficiaries. Individual Malpica athletes who meet the following requirements: - Be registered with the Malpica City Council, with a minimum of two consecutive years of experience, at the time of application. - Compete, in the year of application, in sporting events/tests of regional, national or international importance organized or recognized by the respective federations. - Prove sporting level in the specialty, at least, in the year prior to the application. - Not be involved in any of the cases of incapacity or incompatibility to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies (article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies). Obligations of applicants. Taking into account that the processing will be electronic: The person submitting the grant application must have an email address that cannot change during the processing of the file, since communications will be sent to said address. Exceptionally and in a justified manner, the address of origin may be modified with the obligation to notify the City Council of this circumstance. The person applying for the subsidy, or the person representing them before the Council (if different from the one requesting it), must have a digital certificate; and in the case of minors, the applicant will always be the minor, and the representative (person who must submit the application in this case) will be the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor, who, in addition, will be responsible for all obligations derived from their child being the holder/beneficiary of the scholarship. Exclusions The following are excluded from this call: 1. Projects already subsidized by the Malpica City Council through other aid or calls. 2. Activities carried out by individual athletes belonging to local sports entities of the modality, who have received subsidies in the field of sport granted by the Council for general activity in the last two calls. 3. Activities carried out by individual athletes outside the municipal area, when there are local entities with a sports structure that allows the competition and training needs of the applicant athletes to be met. Thus, if an athlete carries out his activity outside the municipal area, where, in the opinion of the Malpica City Council, sufficient conditions exist for his practice and improvement in attention to the supposed sporting level, he will be considered excluded from the call. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to develop sports promotion actions for the benefit of local sports development, defined within the scope of article 25.2. section l) of Law 7/1985, Regulating the bases of the Local Regime, and likewise, this action is included in the scope of the powers defined for the municipalities in article 8 sections 2 and 9, of Law 3/2012, of April 2, on Galician sport. The purpose is to support both the entities and the individual athletes of the Malpica City Council in the current year 2023. Third. Regulatory bases The specific regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are included in the resolution approved on 09/19/2023 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña No. 183 dated 09/25/2023. Room. Amount of aid. The budgetary credits to which the subsidy is allocated are included in application 341.48000, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is 5,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications must be made through the Electronic Registry (http://sede.malpicadebergantinos.es/gl/index.html), within a period of 20 calendar days that will begin to be counted from the day following the publication of the stratum of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Applications must be made on the standardized forms that appear as an ANNEX to the bases. Sixth. Other data.
