Official description of the call
I. PURPOSE This contest aims to get to know Godella from the perception of digital photography using both current tools and through the digitization of old photographs. This award is included within Line 1.-Promotion/Fostering of associative activity and participation of citizens in the promotion of sports, education, culture, leisure, festivals and free time, the protection of historical-artistic heritage, gender equality, youth, senior citizens, tourism, environmental protection, health and agriculture of the Strategic Subsidies Plan approved for the period 2021-2023. II. LEGAL REGIMEThe award of the prize will be carried out through the competitive competition regime and will be governed by that provided for in this call and by the following regulations: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (LGS) General Regulation of subsidies, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21 (RGS). Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of Local Regime (LBRL). Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, by which the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Finances (TRLRHL) was approved. Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (PEC). Municipal budget of the Godella City Council and its execution bases. III. FINANCING The prizes will be covered by budget item 334-48001 “Culture Awards” of the Godella City Council Budget approved for the 2023 financial year, with an amount of €4,000.00, of which €500 will be allocated to this call. There are 3 prizes established: First prize: €250 and publication of the photograph as the cover of the 2024 Godella calendar. Second prize: €150. Youth prize: €100. All participants will be given a Godella 2024 calendar. Payment of the prizes will be made by bank transfer to the checking account of the winner or authorized representative, although it will be subject to the corresponding tax withholdings. IV. PARTICIPANTS AND CATEGORIES: Participation in this contest is open to anyone. Two categories are established according to ages. 1. CATEGORY A: All people over 16 years of age can apply. You are eligible for the first two prizes established in these rules. 2. CATEGORY B: People up to 16 years of age can apply. And they will only compete for the youth award. In order to participate, they will have to attach the authorization of the father, mother or guardian. Applicants for the awards will have to meet the following requirements: Be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations. Not incur any of the circumstances that make it impossible to obtain the status of beneficiary, according to article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, LGS. V. CALL AND NOTIFICATIONS The call for the award will be published in the National Subsidies Database, in the BOP of Valencia and on the municipal website (www.godella.es). The subsequent communications and notifications that are necessary will be made through the Notice Board of the Godella City Council, taking effect from their publication in this medium, in accordance with article 45 b), of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and will replace personal notification, with the same effects. Likewise, dissemination will be made through the municipal website (www.godella.es). VI. PLACE, DEADLINES AND METHOD OF SUBMISSION: Applications will have to be submitted to the Citizen Service Office of the Godella City Council (General Entry Registry) or through the electronic headquarters of the City Council (https://sede.godella.es), through the CUL-PE-100 procedure (Request for participation in contests and awards). They may also be presented in the places or means provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The photographs will be sent under a pseudonym to the email cultura@godella.es, indicating in the subject: “GODELLA CALENDARI PHOTO CONTEST 2024” and the entry registration number of the application at the City Hall. Each photograph will be presented in the corresponding mode with a title and a brief description of the photographs.
