Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: People who are victims of gender violence, people who have been evicted from their habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to provide immediate housing accommodation to individuals who are victims of gender violence, people who have been evicted from their habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people. Third. Regulatory bases: Regulatory bases for aid to provide housing solutions to people in situations of special vulnerability through the local entities corresponding to the State Plan for access to housing 2022-2025, approved by Mayor's Resolution no. 2023001869 dated September 25, 2023. Fourth. Amount: Maximum amount: 131,955.57 euros. Fifth. Application submission period: The application period will be extended to ten days from the day following the publication of the call for aid in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante. The documentation will be presented in the General Registry of this City Council or by any of the means indicated in art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
