Official description of the call
In an ordinary session held on September 9, 2021, the Plenary Session of the City Council approved the regulatory bases for financial aid for energy improvement actions in buildings and housing in the municipality of Lasarte-Oria. In accordance with the first final provision of the bases, they will remain in force as long as they are not modified by the competent body. There is a budget allocation in item 1.8200.780.01.122.20 for the year 2023 with an initial credit of 60,000.00 euros. €. By virtue of the powers granted to me by article 21 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime. I HAVE RESOLVED: To carry out the public call to submit applications for the works included in the regulatory bases for financial aid for energy improvement actions in buildings and housing in the municipality of Lasarte-Oria, in accordance with the following conditions: 1.- The call is regulated by the Regulatory Bases approved by the Plenary Session of the Lasarte-Oria City Council on September 9, 2021 and published in the BOG on September 22. of 2021 2.-The works subject to subsidy will be those that finish between November 1, 2022 and October 31, 2023. 3.- Application submission deadline: If they finish on a date after the publication of the call, the maximum deadline will be November 20, 2023. 4.- Budget allocation. Provide the call with the amount of 60,000.00 euros 5.- Maximum amount of aid: That provided for in the regulatory bases of the aid Second.- The call will be sent to the BDNS and will subsequently be published in the BOG
