Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries will be considered natural or legal persons, of a private nature, with economic activity in the construction sector located in the Basque Autonomous Community and who have works or projects in the Altza neighborhood (San Sebastián). In addition, all those foundations, associations or non-profit entities that carry out their activity in the Construction sector in the Basque Autonomous Community and have projects in the Altza neighborhood (San Sebastián) may also be beneficiaries. Second. Object. The purpose of this aid is to promote the labor insertion of unemployed people seeking employment, with special priority to people receiving RGI/IMV and long-term unemployed, who are going to be hired in the occupation of masonry and painting workers by companies that carry out their activity in the Construction sector and develop projects in the Altza neighborhood, San Sebastián. Third. Regulatory bases Available on the Fomento de San Sebastián SA website (https://www.fomentosansebastian.eus) Fourth. Amount Fomento de San Sebastián will allocate the total amount of ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY THOUSAND (€140,000) EUROS to this aid. This amount may be modified if Fomento de San Sebastián so decides. Interested companies will be eligible for aid of FOURTEEN THOUSAND (14,000.00) EUROS for each Alternation Training employment contract that is carried out for a duration of 10 months on a full-time basis. The minimum remuneration to be received by hired people will be 75% of the total gross salary, even if their work activity is 65% of the day. This aid will be granted to the hiring of unemployed job seekers, with special priority to people receiving RGI/IMV and long-term unemployed in the city, in the occupation of masonry and painting operator, within the specific project called: REAKTIVA-T COLECTIVOS URBAN REGENERATION ALTZA, whose work activity is carried out in companies in the construction sector and develop projects in the Altza neighborhood. The employment contracts carried out must have a duration of 10 months, with a contract start date of February 1, 2024 and a contract end date of November 30, 2024, within the full-time alternation training modality. The alternation training contract will dedicate 35% of its duration to training and 65% to employment. Fifth. Deadline and form of presentation. Applications must be submitted electronically through the Fomento de San Sebastián website (www.fomentosansebastian.eus) and may be submitted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. The last day to submit applications is November 15, 2023. Sixth Form and payment terms. The payment of the aid will be made in two payments. The first of them (70% of the amount granted) will be made after the presentation of the required documentation. The second of the payments (remaining 30%) will be made after the final justification of the contract made
