Official description of the call
The Plenary Session of the Lasarte-Oria City Council, in an ordinary session held on June 12, 2018, approved the bases for the granting of financial aid, on a free-competition basis, for the installation of elevators or carrying out works to improve accessibility in residential properties in the municipality of Lasarte-Oria. In accordance with the first final provision of the bases, they will remain in force as long as they are not modified by the competent body. The bases were published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa dated July 12, 2018, No. 134. There is a budget allocation in item 1.8200.780.01.152.20 called “Housing Capital Subv.” of the current municipal budget, in the amount of €40,000.00. By virtue of the powers granted to me by article 21 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime. I HAVE RESOLVED: FIRST.- Make the public call, by publishing it in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and on the City Council website, to present applications for financial aid for the installation of elevators or carrying out works to improve accessibility in residential properties in the municipality of Lasarte-Oria, in the year 2023, in accordance with the following conditions: 1.- The call is regulated by the bases for the granting of financial aid, in free competition regime, for the installation of elevators or carrying out works to improve accessibility in residential properties in the municipality of Lasarte-Oria, approved by the Plenary Session of the Lasarte-Oria City Council, on June 12, 2018, and published in the BOG on July 12, 2018. 2.- The works subject to subsidy will be those that finish between November 1, 2022 and the October 31, 2023. 3.- Application submission deadline: The submission deadline ends on November 20, 2023. 4.- Budget allocation. Provide the call with the amount of €40,000.00. 5.- Maximum amount of aid: A) Elevators: The maximum amount per elevator may not exceed €10,818.00. B) Ramps or similar: The maximum amount for ramps and similar may not exceed €1,803.00. C) Other actions: In the rest, the maximum amount would reach €3,606.00. Second.- The call will be sent to the BDNS and will subsequently be published in the BOG.
